Location was great! In the middle between Holland and Saugatuck. Comfortably slept 8. Nice enough for our purpose. Property needs some TLC.

One complaint was that the basement carpet was very wet. We used the bed 1 night and then slept on the couch upstairs. There was standing water in the utility room which was next to the downstairs bedroom. I feel there should be some monetary return on the rent.

The place was amazing! My friends and I had a wedding at felt mansion and the location was perfect. Very organized and easy check in process. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Golf Trip to Hidden River

This was the perfect location for us on our trip to a golf tournament. The condo was beautiful, the location was very quiet and peaceful. We were close to our golf destination and Harbor Springs, too. A great time was had by all.

Great spot and in the middle of it all

Slightly older property located in a great spot! Access to Holland and Saugatuck was 15 min. Picked blueberries grown on site. Very secluded but quick access to main road. Our family would stay there again!

It was perfect for the 8 of us! Everyone had space! Close to all towns around!

Very clean and had everything we needed. Close to beaches and kids all ages loved it. Kids bonded. Highly recommend to bigger parties or family’s!

Great location and private

We enjoyed a beautiful stay at this home! Great location, close to the expressway and Saugatuck. Beds are comfortable. Home is well stocked and clean. We used the fire pit several nights. Chairs around the fire pit are very comfortable. Great communication with the property owner. Would absolutely stay again in the future!

Great place to stay. Good amenities. However, the house number is very hard to find. Drove past it more than once trying to find the drive way. On the other hand-it is private even on a major street.

Visit Family in the Area

Everything worked out great. The house has some quirks. The toilet in the basement was out of order the whole time, but other than that everything was in working order.

Upon walking in it's a fresh looking open space. It's a tri-level, with a a lovely finished basement. It was ideal for my daughter's family who has a baby. They had the whole downstairs to themselves with a large bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms were completely adequate, not huge but not small either. Just average size bedrooms. All the beds were comfortable.Many parks nearby including Saugatuck dune State Park, only a mile and a half. Also convienient store only 1 mile, super helpful!!The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed. Unfortunately it was too hot to use the lovely fire pit. I planned to book for next September so we're able to utilize the porch in the back and the fire pit. It was just not conducive for either one this time. September should help.Thanks for supplying beach towels!!! We will be back next year, perfect house for my family!

Only Fair

Location was great. Easy access to Saugatuck and Douglas. That’s the positive. When we arrived, garbage was overflowing from trash bin in driveway. Not a good first impression. Upon entering the home, it reeked of garbage smell. Upon investigation, after first trying to contact owner, we discovered garbage bags in the attached garage that was connected to the lower level sleeping/ bathroom area. We removed the bags and added them to the overflowing bin in the driveway. We were very disappointed that the owner did not return our messages. Will not return.
