This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom WATERFRONT POOL home is essentially everything you and your family desire for a vaca, fishing trip, or both. Sleeping up to 5 to 13 people! Watch breathtaking sunsets from the dock, or enjoy the river using the tandem kayaks available. A scenic pool along with many lounge chairs for relaxation. Or even jump in your boat and get away for the day! Provides two living rooms and a game room, including a delightful foosball table, ping pong table along with many enjoyable bored games. A large 8 foot dining room table. The upstairs offers 2 queen beds along with a private bathroom. The significant master suit also offers a private bathroom and waterfront views from the bed. Washer and dryer available for your use.

Great parking space available in the driveway. Access to the luxurious Lake Conley. Howard Park Beach conveniently a 20 min drive. Sponge docks merely 10 mins away. Access to Gulf of Mexico at Anclote park only a few minutes away!

Dogs are allowed. There will be a $50 pet fee per dog. All pets Must be pre-approved, vaccinated, and leashed at all times when outside. The pet fee wont be included in your original booking. Sponge docks 4 miles, Beautiful

The house is in a nice location on the water and close to whatever you want to do in the area. It is quite large with plenty of room and has a great large dining table. The host is very responsive and works hard to make things right. Unfortunately the pool could not be used because it must have recently been filled as it was very frigid and is not heated. If a gas or charcoal BBQ is important to you I suggest another house as it has a small electric unit. If you are traveling by air be aware that you will need to buy many of the basic kitchen supplies and bath soaps often supplied elsewhere. If you like to cook know that the utensils and cooking implements are very basic and on the cheaper side. Overall it was a good space but some may want better quality items for use.

LOVED sitting on the dock to watch the water birds, especially in the early morning. Caught sight of turtles and alligators too. The kids loved playing in the pool and the kayaks were a bonus for the adults.

When we arrive it was so surprising at how much room there was. Everything just as described. And just like the pictures show online. Eat your room was private and clean and comfortable. Even though the neighbors were close, the noise level was low. There was a beautiful view of the water. The dock set over the water. As the sun went down The glow on the water was just perfect. It made our Thanksgiving vacation so much more special for our family! Thank you so much!

The house was great. It was huge, it seemed to just keep going. We enjoyed our time we had there and watching the water and wildlife there. Most of the beds were really tall.

Pet areas were small. There were no glasses in the house for drinking utensils and kitchen were very poor. The dock was totally a danger for anyone to use who was really clogged with leave. We had to clean the AC unit was froze over from no one cleaning unit or changing the air filter. We had to fix the AC ourselves and remove what we think was an air filter that had black mold all over it. Backyard was not in good shape at all will not be renting that place again not a bad place for the price will give them that.

Quaint property, needs some TLC

We pulled in to the property and saw it needed some attention. Weeds in the driveway and in all the flower beds. The lawn was overgrown. We contacted the host about the lawn and it was cut the next day. The pool was nice but old and needs to be resurfaced. The deck is warped and essentially unusable. The slider to the back is so stiff, that only a grown man with two hands can operate it Plenty of room for our party of ten. It suited our needs and was a pleasant stay. Would be a lot nicer with a little work. Host was very responsive to calls.

This was a nice house for our annual scalloping family vacation. The kids throughly enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed endless hours of ping pong. Plenty of space for us and it is at a great location. 10/10 recommend

Just OK

The house is spacious and the beds comfortable. Neighborhood was ok. Pool is small. Lots of pots and pans but not much else to cook with. Maybe 4 drinking glasses. Overall it fit our needs.

Vacation with friends

The home is nice but on a very busy street. We tried to walk around the neighborhood but the sidewalk is right on the road and only wide enough for one person. The home is fairly close to parks with trails. The master bedroom is nice with a bathroom. The other bedrooms beds make noise as you move during sleep. The living room furniture is difficult to get on and off, the cushions are shot. The owner did immediately respond to the electrical issues.

Great location but left more to be desired.

The house interior was clean and as pictured. The updates were nice. Only 2 TVs worked (one did not work and one that was pictured was nowhere to be found). The front of the house was nice and the driveway was clean. You’ll want to watch kids & pets closely - the locals absolutely so not abide by the speed limit of 30 mph. There is a lot of traffic driving by at all hours of the day (and night). Unfortunately, there were several dishes that were put away dirty, so that was quite unappetizing. The yard and pool were not as pictured - there was no grassy area and there were dead leaves everywhere. There were also several pieces of trash in the backyard. The pool was very small (smaller than picture made it appear to be) and there was a lot of dirt in the pool. Several chairs were broken or very rusty and one was rusted to the point of being broken at the foot rest area (risky for a cut, especially with kids around). The out door grill worked well but it was GREASY and the grease trap completely full & dripping all over the place. The door to the back yard was very difficult to open/close (none of the kids, even the teenagers, could manage it). There were also 2 major safety concerns - several of the spindles going to the upstairs bedroom were not connected at the bottom (a child leaning into them would fall quite a distance) and the deck outside is starting to fall into the water. We did see an alligator in the water at the house, so the kids thought that was fun!

Spacious house, good location

The good things were the size of the house and the location to restaurants and honeymoon island and shopping etc....it was nice to have a washer and dryer. When the dishwasher wasnt working the host had someone right over to fix it. The plumber had forgotten to turn the hot water back on when installing dishwasher. This was the 4th vrbo we have stayed at in the last few years and i must say i think the photos used are 5 or more years old because the house seemed like it needed to be painted and the backyard was kind of a mess, perhaps that due to recent storms. But the dock looked like it was falling into the lake the big tree was overgrown and there was bird poop everywhere,couldnt walk out there barefoot. I also asked the host about aligators due to having a toddler with me and she gave me a sarcastic answer anout yes there are gators in the water in florida. I also was shocked to get the welcome info only a few hours b4 arrival cuz ive always gotten it 3 days out. It made me anxious coming from illinois to florida being unsure if i could get in. The shower upstairs we couldnt turn on when i asked the host about it she said pull out and turn, just those 4 words. Not the best hospitality but we had the room we needed for the 7 of us. It was ok

The house was bigger than it looks. We were eight people, and each couple had their own bedroom. The upstairs shower body valve wasn’t working correctly. We called the host to let her know. She responded that the cleaning person said it worked and that you had a pull on it before turning. We tried it but it just spun around like a pinwheel and we weren’t able to properly adjust the temperature. The host should have come and checked it out but they didn’t. As a result we had to share the showers downstairs. The host was always very curt with her answers and not accommodating. We asked for an early check-in if possible and was told that the cleaning people were coming in at 10 and would let us know if we can get in a little earlier. We just needed an extra 30-minutes to get changed for the party we were attending at 4pm. The host didn’t seem interested in trying to accommodate us at all. The towels in the bathroom were pretty small and old. The bath mats look like they had never been washed. They provided hand soap in the sinks, but you need to bring your own bath soap and shampoo since it’s not provided. We couldn’t find a blow dryer either and there wasn’t much attention to detail. I wouldn’t stay there again. Definitely not a Super host place.

Christmas Vacation

Overall we really enjoyed the stay. There were 12 of us and we had plenty of room. The pool and backyard area needed some work, but on our third day there, a crew came and did an incredible job! We had not called about it so obviously it was already planned. Very nice location easy to find and get to.

Family vacation

It was a great house in a good location to the parks we went to. Kids loved the pool and loved fishing off the dock. They even named the turtle in the lake phil. He came and visited every day.
