Enjoy the benefits of having the largest lakefront view in the neighborhood, Come enjoy grilling on the lake watching the friendly neighbors waving to you passing by on boats during the sunset. Sit down on the patio during the night watching the stars and when its time to relax get comfortable with 2 queen size beds only to be awakened by the wonderful smell of your Keurig coffee maker in the morning.High speed wireless internet and Roku tv in every room.

Very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Home is located on a Cul de sac providing you with lots of privacy and the largest lakefront access in the neighborhood.

Getting around
Within 15-20 min you will find beautiful sunset and Howard park beaches in historical sponge city of Tarpon Spring just little over 20 minutes is located number one rated in USA Clearwater beach
Just a couple of minutes off of US-19 where you can find many local bars, restaurants, entertainment, If you need anything during your stay you are about 5 minutes away from a local shopping plaza with a grocery store, pizzerias, bars, AutoZone and just about everything you could ever need.Checking in 4:00pm Checking out 10:00. Any Additional guest charges after confirmed reservations will be doubled .Any longer stay for 28 days or more is based on two guests only also additional cleaning off $150 will be added. Check ins and outs monitored audio video recorded by outside surveillance cameras- ring

Lots of wildlife to watch from the screened in porch. Short drive to food and activities. Located in a quiet cul de sac. Plenty of room in the house and it had everything we needed. Hosts communication was excellent.

I stayed at this property in early 2017, so my expectations were high about our stay. I was disappointed in the landscaping both front and back of the house. I was also disappointed in the dock,boards rotted and in need of paint. The garage is more of a warehouse than garage. The garage door needs replaced it’s so rusted at the bottom I’m sure that rodents are present with the droppings on the rug. The host did a great job on both bathrooms they are a big upgrade.

Nice Get Away

Our host was very responsive and easy to work with. The property is in good condition but like any older home there is always something that needs attention. Neighborhood was quiet and we had very little reaction with neighbors. There is a resident alligator and lots of birds that are fun to watch. Close to everything and easy to get around. There is a community center with good pickle ball facilities. We enjoyed our time there.

This is the most beautifully decorated interior of any VRBO property we have stayed in! Truly appreciated all the extras left for us, including snacks, candies and a bottle of wine. All the bathroom/shower necessities are provided. The screened in porch is awesome, and is where we watched Hurricane Helene come through. Tropical Island Feel

Backyard is a bird sanctuary of cranes of all sizes and colors. Breezy screen porch faces lake with serene views. Feel your blood pressure drop and your stress disappear. Quiet cul de sac with no traffic. Home is lovely with quality furnishings and modern kitchen. Close to several beaches, Howard Park, Dunedin Beach. Tons of great seafood restaurants, especially in Tarpon Springs. Guests will feel pampered with personal toiletries, snacks, a nice touch. I hope I can come back soon.

Great Location in Holiday FL

We spent two weeks in March 2024 and very pleased with the property and the quick access to parks, recreation, Tarpon Springs, the Pinellas bike trail. A number of good restaurants were also close. Loved the time in the Florida room overlooking the lake. Great place to have breakfast or recoup after playing pickle ball or riding bikes. We will be back in 2025.

Relaxation at its best!

We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Home! Location was excellent and easy to get to beaches, Tarpon Springs, restaurants, shopping, groceries and more! I only wish we spent more time staying here!! I loved the porch, wildlife, and especially the cute baby alligator who came over the lake just to see me! The backyard was quiet and I also loved the back porch. Everything you could ask for

The patio and dock allowed us Wisconsinites to enjoy the weather. The owner has provded anything you might need. The home is in a nice friendly neighborhood. The only suggestion I would have is a plug for the bathtub for those of us that prefer tubs over showers. This was a wonderful home.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this property so much! The home was beautiful and clean. The screened in patio area was a favorite of ours. It was our favorite place to be in the morning and evening. So many different birds on the property, alligators swimming in the morning, different sounds in the morning vs evening. Nice quiet neighborhood. Owners were very responsive and courteous by email / text. I highly recommend!
