Palm Tree Villa was architect designed and rebuilt 12 years ago, it has undergone full refurbishment. The villa offers a perfect location for everything you want from your Barbados holiday.
Spacious living accommodation and outdoor private space provides a home from home feel that means your holiday starts as soon as you enter the property.
We have installed a pressurised water system and tank which allows you to enjoy a full shower even if the mains pressure is turned down on the island, during times of drought. The solar panels ensure hot water and the backup immersion heater supports them.

The villa is comfortably furnished in a relaxed, contemporary style. The main entrance door opens into the open-plan lounge/Kitchen with dining table to seat 8 and colonial rattan furniture. The separate TV lounge is equipped with a 50" smart TV, the whole house is supported with Wi-Fi. The lounge and TV room have hard wood floors. The lounge and kitchen has 2 air-conditioning units, 2 ceiling fans in the lounge and one in the TV lounge.
The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, American style fridge/freezer with cold water and ice dispenser. Place settings and glasses, including acrylic tumblers for use outside, for 8. A compact dishwasher and 17kg washing machine.
The ground floor features 3 bedrooms (1 ensuite) and a family shower room/wc. The unique 1st floor principal suite is reached by the hard wood stairs. A beautiful room with hard wood floor and vaulted 'pickled' ceiling creates a lovely spacious bedroom, with US King Size (UK Superking), bed. A large shower cubicle, w/c and marble, mirrored vanity area. The walk-in closet/dressing room has plenty of hanging and storage space and houses the personal safe for your valuables.
A spacious roof terrace, accessed from the principal suite was added in 2018, providing a private space for sunbathing and sundowners with a glimpse of the Caribbean.

Bedroom 2 has a lovely hardwood queen bed, (UK King) ensuite shower/wc, marble vanity unit with large mirror and built-in wardrobes.
Bedroom 3 with queen bed (UK King) and built-in wardrobes, shares the family shower room & wc with Bedroom 4 which has a queen bed (UK King), wardrobe with drawer space and mirror.
All Bedrooms have full air conditioning & ceiling fans. There is a hairdryer and good supply of hangers in every room.

Outside an undercover terrace with table and comfy seating provides a lovely shaded area. The well maintained gardens enjoy year round colour. The rear garden is spacious and private. There are 6 full size loungers for use beside the pool. A waterfall into the pool switches on automatically, a seat within the pool is a good place to cool down. The pool is maintained twice weekly during your stay.
There is an outside shower and additional w/c beside the pool. Alongside the terrace there is a separate bar with sink and fridge. A four burner GrillPro Gas barbecue (gas provided), is located in the outdoor kitchen.

Included in your stay is membership of The Beach House, a lovely beach club situated on the beach, overlooking the Caribbean. Just 4 minutes walk away The Beach House has a members only pool with loungers and direct access to the beach. Next door is Drift, a contemporary lounge bar looking straight out over the ocean, the perfect setting for a sundowner (or two)!

From there a 3 minute walk takes you along the beach to Surfside Beach Bar, famous for it's 5 screen TV showing of live sport, a lively spot, a Barbados beach bar at its best.

Sandy Crest Medical Centre is 300 metres away and provides 24hr service. (Turn left out of Villa, it is at the end of Flamboyant Avenue).

With its excellent location on the prestigious Platinum West Coast, we are sure you will enjoy your stay at Palm Tree Villa. The beaches are beautiful, the people friendly and the restaurants superb. Have a great holiday!

For your security Palm Tree Villa has external security cameras. These are located on the external villa walls and cover all aspects of the garden including the roof terrace and pool area. No cameras are operated inside the villa. Cameras record to an internal device which is only accessible by the owners and all recordings are overwritten on a 24 hour basis.

The villa was excellent. Fully equipped and excellent quality. The one thing we could have done with was an umbrella to shade while lying by the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Palm Tree Villa and thank you so much for the welcome basket on arrival. It was the perfect holiday. Lovely well equipped villa in perfect location

Just returned from an amazing 2 weeks in Barbados staying at Palm Tree Villa. Beautiful Villa which is well equipped with anything you could possibly need. Perfect location for shops and restaurants and Holetown beach where you can swim with stingrays close to the beach, Bus stop is very close so you can explore the island on the reggae buses. But equally lots of taxis available. Can’t wait to return

Beautiful Villa

We had a wonderful time in a great villa. All rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The bathrooms were clean and of a high standard. Kitchen was well equipped but a tad bit old. The villa had a big garden und a lovely pool area. We loved it there and would return any time to have another vacation.

Had a great stay in Barbados. The villa was excellent, great location. The villa was clean and as advertised. The only negative is the dish washer needs updating, it did work. I would stay at Palm Tree Villa again.

Beautiful Villa, Perfect Location and First Class Hosts

Pine Tree Villa really exceeded our expectations, which were already high! The villa (including its lovely garden, pool and outside areas) is beautiful with everything you could need and many additional extras and nice touches (travel adaptors, hairdryers in each room etc ) that in many ways make it feel more like a five star hotel than a self catering holiday. The location is perfect with beautiful beaches a two minute walk from the villa, the supermarket a five minute walk and a bus stop just behind the villa to take you pretty much anywhere on the island you want to go. Fabulous restaurants and bars on the doorstep too. Jules and Michael were incredibly helpful with first class communication from the minute we booked to our final day when they wished us safe travels home. I’d be back in Pine Tree Villa in a heartbeat!

Excellent host and accommodation

This property is well appointed in a great location. It is spacious, clean and well maintained. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is comfortable furnishings and beds for upto 8 adults. There is a very pleasant garden and plunge pool ideal for cooling off. The local beach is only a couple of minutes walk as is the beach club with its changing rooms toilets and sun beds. There are an array of shops bars and restaurants all within a very short walk of the property. There is also a very good supermarket very close by as well as a medical centre. It’s hard to imagine a more convenient location and a car is not necessary- however there is ample parking too at the villa too! Michael and Jules have been terrific hosts and the local team manage the property to a high standard. We had a great family holiday at the villa and we have no hesitation in highly recommending the villa.

Another Great Visit to Palm Villa

This was our second stay at Palm Villa and we had another fantastic time. The villa and all of its amenities were great. We had everything we needed. The owners went above and beyond by installing an additional security lock in advance of our arrival when we shared concerns about our younger daughter leaving the villa over night. We’re already looking forward to returning.

Best Holiday in Palm Tree Villa

Palm Tree Villa is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in. The whole experience of booking and dealing with Jules was exceptional. We had our flights cancelled due to a hurricane and there was a lot of back & forth to sort this all out and not loose out on our holiday. Thank you for your patience Jules! We didn't get to meet the property manager but they were in contact via WhatsApp if we had needed them. There is a concise manual in the villa which tells you everything you need to know for trips, restaurants, beaches, taxi & buses. The villa itself is spacious and well-maintained, and had everything we could possibly have needed for our stay & the air-con is a welcome relief. All the beds are fantastic & comfy, lovely big American style ones. Got to watch Wimbledon on their TV which was a pleasant surprise for me! The outside space is great and the pool is ideal to pop in and out of from the heat. The location a few minutes walk to restaurants, supermarket & the beach club (which they have passes for in the villa). Thank you Jules and Michael, you have a beautiful home in Barbados.

Magnificent!

I don’t know where to start with this property. It is absolutely beautiful, I actually don’t think the pictures do it justice. It immediately felt like home, it had everything we could possibly need. Communication from Michael and Jules was wonderful, they were very attentive and made sure that they were able to meet our individual needs. We travelled with a 8 month old and they ensured that we had a suitable cot for her. In addition, we were unaware that it was a bank holiday the day after we arrived, which meant we’d be unable to buy food from the supermarket, so the hosts arranged for essential food items to be waiting for us on arrival. I can’t begin to express how grateful we were for this. Both the house manager and housekeepers were just as lovely and attentive, everyone we came into contact with with regards to this booking was absolutely wonderful. The location of the villa is so close to bars, restaurants and shops and was just perfect for us. We would absolutely stay here again and I’m just sad our trip wasn’t longer.

Perfect Holiday in Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at Palm Tree Villa - it really is a home away from home. Communication with the property owners and the property manager were very good. We had a smooth check in and enjoyed our stay very much. The location is brilliant - a large supermarket is a few minutes walk away, as well as some local restaurants and bars. Access to the beach club is a wonderful bonus. We would recommend Palm Tree Villa as a great place to stay in Barbados.

Wonderful Villa in fantastic location

We had a wonderful stay at Palm Tree Villa - a group of 7 of us. it was really comfortable and spacious. The open plan kitchen living area worked really well and was a lovely sociable area we could cook, eat and relax together. The bedrooms were perfect with fans and air con to keep cool. We also made use of the BBQ/outside area which was nicely protected from the mosquitoes. Jules was very helpful with tips and advice before and during the stay. Jan and her team looked after us well and were great responding to any questions we had. We loved the pool and garden where we did morning yoga, sunbathed and relaxed. It really is a well planned place for a family or like us a group of friends to stay. The location was fantastic. Close to everything. We used the beach club most days, local supermarkets, great restaurants and above all the beautiful beach with sunsets. We explored the island beyond by bus and car. Bus stops are very near to the villa and are very frequent. It is a great island to discover and we had a wonderful memorable holiday, in wonderful surroundings. Would love to return. Thank you Jules & Michael.

Palm Tree Villa - You've been amazing

Such a perfect villa in a fantastic location. This villa has catered for everything you could possible need. We have had a fabulous holiday, wonderful memories made. The owners, housekeeper and cleaning lady Deborah have been brilliant, always very helpful and attentative. Highly recommend this villa for anyone visiting Holetown.

Fabulous Holiday In A Wonderful Villa

Our family had a fabulous time at this wonderful villa. The service from Jules and Michael was superb right from the time we booked. Nothing was too much trouble great advice and guidance around airport transfers, hire cars etc thank you Jules😊 The villa was so well equipped it had everything you could possibly need it really was home from home and more. The ice maker on the fridge was fantastic😊 The pool was perfect for cooling down after a relax on the sun loungers😎. Late afternoon the rooftop terrace was great for catching the last rays. Location was excellent it was central to holetown close to beaches, restaurants and shops. The team looking after the villa were always on hand if there were any queries. We will definitely use this villa again. Thank you Jules and Michael for making this wonderful villa available to our family.

We loved the outdoor area it served our needs quite well. All matters that happened were immediately taken care of. Property owners are a pleasure to deal with. The pool was lovely! We had to request that 2 more pillows be dropped off and they were there that afternoon. The service people that needed to come for different reasons were prompt. My husband and I loved Barbados and would like to return again. This time we will need a larger home as we have a very large family.

Fantastic family accommodation

Lovely property which for our family of 6 adults & 1 infant worked really well. The BBQ & pool were really good & allowed us to have some really great family time whilst our baby needed to be in house. Location is great, with a wide range of restaurants to suit pocket & style. Only negative for area was high cost of taxis. They charge per person & not vehicle so a 5km trip was costing 50 US. Thanks Michael & Jules for excellent help & communication.

Palm Tree Villa was such an amazing find - it could not have been more perfect, and exceeded our expectations by miles. The whole experience from booking to check out was flawless - the hosts, Jules and Michael, were so responsive to enquiries - and huge thanks to Jules for spending so very long on the phone to me, providing tips for everything from taxis, restaurants, days out, and where to go for the best cocktails ;) We had the absolute pleasure of meeting them both in Barbados - such a lovely couple, nothing is too much trouble. The property manager and housekeeping team were equally as fantastic - answering any queries almost immediately, and kept the place spotless! The villa itself it so very spacious and well-maintained, and had everything we could possibly have needed for our stay - we really felt at home (and the air-con is incredibly effective!). The outside space is fabulous too, and the pool a very welcome retreat from the heat. And as to location... well, everything really is literally a few minutes walk (restaurants, supermarket, beach - and a very handy coffee shop just steps away too). As I said, it could not have been more perfect, and we all fell in love with the place. I'm sure we'll be back very soon :) Thank you Jules and Michael, you were the perfect hosts x

The villa and it’s location were great. With everything you could possibly need. Thank you Joules and Michael for providing the perfect villa for our holiday. And a big thank you to Cathy and her team who were magnificent. Pity it is not available for our dates next year. But we will be back.

Great stay…..despite the weather

This property is in an ideal location for holetown and the rest of Barbados island. The hosts are terrific and super helpful leading into the stay. And team over there also great and attended to things very promptly. We got a little unlucky with the weather so that sort of impacted the overall stay but that wasn’t anything to do with the property - just meant we had to re think our activities and how much we couldn’t use outdoors etc. definitely go back.

Amazing property

This was a fantastic find! Everything you could need and more. The location and team that look after you when you’re here are perfect. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a luxury oasis in Holetown!
