"The two bedroom cottage I stayed in at Cottage Place during a relocation was really nice. It was very quiet, comfortable, and had everything you could want for a relaxing and memorable stay. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the location right next to Squam Lake was terrific. I look forward to staying there again in the Fall."

"The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. We brought a paddleboard of our own (though there are some available on the beach) and had a great time exploring the lake shore. This place is perfect for a fun relaxing getaway to NH Lake country. "Beautiful setting on the lake. The cabin has basic amenities and a small kitchen. It could have used kitchen towels. Also the outdoor light to the front door did not work. Overall it was a good experience. "

"5 stars for location, communication and amenities! Even though the property inside is a bit outdated, it is a perfect lake house retreat with an amazing little beach with free access to kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe. Plenty of beach seating with fire pits and gorgeous views. A great place to escape with kids of all ages. It is less than a minute down the road from an amazing marketplace, delicious restaurant and it close to a science center and trails to walk on.Would stay again.Thank you...
