"Found this beautiful home with all the accommodations I was looking for, pool, pool table, theater, very spacious. The neighborhood was beautiful and communication was easy with the owner. I love that they also allow small parties as several of my family members in town wanted to stop by with well wishes. We will definitely book again and send this rental suggestion to friends and family as well!!!!! Beautiful place. "

"This house was incredible. It had absolutely everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen (minus food of course), laundry room, plenty of extra towels for pool. Pool, dog and kid toys. Everything was clean and in good condition. This has been our best rental experience to date. "

"Unfortunately we were in town for a wedding so we didn't get to use the fire pit but we will be coming back for a second stay! The wagon is so unique and the host, Chris, tours you through and tells you all about it and the campground. Its beautiful and well stocked for a relaxing weekend. Definitely would recommend for people who want a fun stay or outdoorsy people. "

"The property was a good location and nice size for our group. The beds were satisfactory but not comfortable for some. The kitchen was not well supplied, we never saw a toaster or scissors, and dishes and flatware were adequate but seemed cobbled together. Shampoo bottles, body wash were empty. Dish soap nearly empty. "

"We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again.Just wish I could have taken a bath but not enough hot water after one shower was taken and it wouldn’t hold water."

"Needed a place for a week close to Lee's Summit/KC area for various appointments. This place was absolutely perfect! It was located close enough to be able to get around and do things. The cabin is really cute and cozy. "

"I was visiting for my brothers wedding! When we arrived I felt at home. I felt the old typewriter helped us type up an artistic wedding day letter for the art teacher bride and groom. "

"This rental was such a blessing after a full day of driving. The host was so friendly and communicative and the home was everything we needed to stretch out (4 legs included- the back yard was great!) and get some rest."

"Excellent blend of economical and well cared for. Just what we were looking for. Pet friendly and did not seem like pets had been in the property. Property is a duplex. No problems with the neighbors. Does have slightly steep stairs."

"The first thing that greeted my wife and i was a pungent, cloying smell of mold and mildew that permeates the house. The shower curtain, floor rugs and towels were stained as if moldy. Ants everywhere. No apology from host. Avoid this place."

"Enjoyed our stay at GMa Cabin. A huge house with plenty of rooms and beds for multiple clans. Only negative comment is there was no toilet paper and counters and dishes were a little dusty. Definitely not a deal killer. Beautiful surroundings with plenty to do 20 minutes back towards KC."

"Perfect location, lots of space and although a bit ‘dated’ it was an easy sharing space.Great pool and bar area opening onto the outdoor terrace. We’ll be booking again!"

"We stayed just a night at the cabin while visiting KC area for basketball tournament. Property was great, had everything we needed for a night stay. Was very clean. Chris was great with everything that we needed. Great location, right by I-49, but far enough to not hear traffic. Very peaceful at night. We will definitely be back if given an oportunity. "

"My mom, my son, her dog, our dog (both small), and I stayed for three nights while visiting family in the area. The property was great for us! The house is well kept, cute, and welcoming with everything you could need provided. The only negatives for me are that the mattresses were very firm and the train going through just down the street with the whistle blowing at night and early morning. Overall, it was great. I would stay here again. "

"Beautiful home very spacious for my family. We had a wonderful time. You have to be careful on the steps which they have caution signs. The children enjoyed the game room and hot tub. The roll away beds were helpful for the teenagers. Overall I would choose this space again! VERY NICE!!!!"
