"They have plenty of parking but a very poor breakfast on Sundays. The TV kept disconnecting all the time. I will say this though, the bathroom was very clean and the towels pristine!

"The breakfast buffet was excellent. Fresh hot food and very quick service. The pool seating was comfortable and there was a lot of it given the space. The staff was very friendly. Though I did ask for some refills on shower gel and conditioner that never came. The room was clean though everything felt just a little more used than other properties."

"The location was perfect for universal. For the price i got for 2 separate rooms for 3 nights was pretty manageable. I didnt like the $100 deposit per room when i got there. That was no where on the website. Had it been i wouldn't have mind as much. I just dont like surprises with fee's when i prepay ahead everytime. The stay was nice the rooms didnt have a microwave or a phone. Honesty i didnt mind but it did make a unconvinced for my kids. They made upgrades that are noticeable. Nice hot...

"I chose this location because I have always liked the brand and because there was a free shuttle to and from the airport. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, I asked the staff person about the shuttle and when it traveled to the airport. He told me every 30 minutes - on the hour and at the half hour. I arrived the next morning at 7:28 to board the shuttle to be informed that it had already left. Because I had not signed up, the driver thought he had all his passengers. The staff person...
