"We - a family of 4 - stayed in the Kyoto - JAPANESE Modern room and absolutely loved it. The room is very spacious and full of natural light due to plenty of windows. It even had an accessible balcony with beautiful views to the park. The mattresses were all very comfortable and the duvets were next level fluffy. No-one wanted to get out of bed in the morning. The place including the 2 x toilets and 2 x showers was super clean and so were bed linen and towels. Staff were very polite and helpful....

"Amazing stay at a very clean, pleasant and convenient location. The staff were quite friendly and professional. All encounters with the staff demonstrated a pleasant interaction and staff happy to answer questions and assist. The room was immaculate with plenty of amenities. The breakfast was amazing. Ultimately our stay was so pleasant we are returning to stay on our return trip. "

"The location of the hotel is good as it’s only like a 5 minutes walk from the station, the room is clean and although a little small, quite comfortable. The hotel also has an onsen for guests. Breakfast buffet is decent and staff service is good."
