"Small Boutique hotel on the edge of Old Town on quiet street. We booked a Riverside balcony room for two nights and fell in love with the area, the hotel and the staff, and stayed an extra night. Room was as advertised with balcony and great view. Nice quality bedding on a standard extra firm bed found in most hi humidity locations."

"The hotel staff was so incredibly supportive and helpful during our 3 night stay. The room was large and comfortable and the area felt very quiet and safe. You can see the area around the hotel is still recovering from the flooding but that didn’t affect our experience at all. We are the epitome of showing up without plans so meeting Ruby at the front desk was delightful! She helped up book day trips, shows, dinners and massages! We loved every minute at the Gem and would definitely stay there...

"We were unlucky enough to arrive in Hoi An on crutches, still recovering from a motorcycle accident. The Odyssey staff were fantastic and really helped uplift us. They were friendly and considerate throughout, helping us with additional tour / driver flexibility. The room was lovely and spacious, and we particularly enjoyed the deep bath in the room we'd booked. It was a short walk into town, but importantly for us, it was outside the pedestrianised area, so we could get quick grabs into town...
