"We did not like that our first morning my 3 year old grand daughter used the bathroom to urinate and the toilet wouldn't flush. Feces come up the toilet wjich wss not my 3 year year olds and would not flush again they had to call maintenance to come up. We went out that morning and returned that evening to a dirty room. Front desk asked if we were on the list for housekeeping? Not knowing that housekeeping was every other day as this was not listed on the website or at check in. The next day...

Even worse, I encountered roaches in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The breakfast was extremely weak and poorly stocked, with limited options. Overall, the hotel needs serious improvements in cleanliness, food quality, and basic maintenance. I would not recommend staying here...

On the second night we were there I asked for my room to be cleaned during the day and it was not done. I asked for towels and washcloths 3 times before I got them. AC was turned off in the room when we arrived, and it took about 4 hours for our room to get cool. I will never stay at this hotel again."
