Rise House Hobart - Outstanding! Luxury family home

This luxury house stands out from the rest.
Situated in a quiet, new homes area and only 15 minutes drive from Hobart CBD this 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, 2 living area home will suit the most discerning guests. From the moment you enter Rise House, you are surrounded by quality!
Central to this spacious house is an ultra stylish kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed for your stay. A 6 metre long stone bench top, huge island bench with seating for ten guests, a large fridge/ freezer with ice /water dispenser, ILVE oven with induction hotplates, Bosch dishwasher, wine fridge and Expobar coffee machine.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a large stone top dining table with seating for 10 guests and a beautiful lounge room with comfortable leather lounges and large smart tv.
Accessed via the lounge is a semi-covered deck with glass balustrading and has lovely views of the river and surrounding suburb.
Rise House offers four large bedrooms, 2 with ensuites. All bedrooms include large smart tv, wardrobe, electric blanket, bedside tables with lamps.
The second living room has leather lounges, large smart tv with PlayStation 4, Wii U and a sit down cocktail arcade machine with 60 games.
The main bathroom has a separate large shower, bath, heated towel rack and large vanity with stone top and twin hand basins.
Laundry nook has a washer/dryer and cabinet with stone top.
The house is heated/cooled by a ducted heat pump system for total comfort.
Garage has parking for 2 vehicles and has access to the house. Plenty of extra parking in the driveway.

Highly Recommend, perfect for groups and families!

We had a wonderful stay here over a hot long weekend! We were kept cool and entertained by all that the house had to offer! Loved the location, made getting into Hobart easy and travelling back up North fast too! We would love to stay again when we have another group trip in Hobart!

Great property.Easy to find.All amenities for a 5 day stay including wifi access.Excellent rooms clean and plenty of towels. Only criticsm no welcome goodies we stayed at other properties during our tour of Tasmania and had tastes of Tasmania including a bottle of wine. A wonderful experience in Rise House

It is a big and amazing house. It is very comfortable and cozy like our home. The house was tidy and organized. We had an amazing view in the morning and my daughter loved the heated beds! Definitely a must go to again when we are visiting Hobart!

Beautiful house

Thanks Mark & Miriam, we loved your house and had the best time in Hobart. Location was great, not too close to the city, but not too far away either. The house is clean and very spacious - it accommodated our group of friends perfectly. The arcade game was also a hit for the oldies. Would definitely recommend and stay at again myself.

Weekend in Hobart

Property was lovely and accomadated 10 adults comfortably. Granton is half an hour away from the CBD in Hobart so factor this in if you want to stay centrally. However the area was well maintained and the rooms and communal areas modern ans comfortable. Recommend this property highly.

Highly Recommend - The Rise rose soaringly above our expectations!

We were very pleased with the property, very clean, very well equipped, with all the modern conveniences. Lovely, warm house. Good views. One strange individual in our group was bafflingly very appreciative of the manual coffee machine. We were all very pleased.

Perfect place for friends and family

Just a perfect dream home for our group of two families where we stayed for 2 nights. Kitchen was massive and had a very well stocked pantry. Games room kept the kids (and adults!) entertained. Very family-friendly layout in a nice quiet location about 20 minutes drive from Hobart. Mark and Miriam were great hosts who responded to any queries promptly.
