We were met by the owners who were so welcoming . The unit was wonderful and really comfortable and the location was fantastic, we were there for a few days and we used the unit as a base to look around Hobart and surrounds. If you want to be self-sufficient in Hobart, not far from the centre, but somewhere quiet and peaceful, this makes a great base. Max and Elaine are friendly and helpful, the space is small but cosy (ideal in winter), with a view of the kunanyi foothills and of the Derwent estuary. We will come back.

I lucked out! Having relocated from Queensland, I was looking for a convenient, warm, safe base to start exploring Hobart and the Loft on Copley was everything I wanted and more. Max and Elaine were so warm and welcoming (perfect hosts). The apartment was immaculate, extremely comfortable and really homely with generous supplies and thoughtful touches (especially the chocolates and biscuits :-)). The gardens are beautiful, the parking and separate entrance are super convenient and the house is located in a very quiet area but close to services/supermarkets too. A wonderful introduction to Hobart.
