About this space
The unit is cosy, comfortable and spacious. In the heart of Bellerive Quay, restaurants, cafes, bottleshops and IGA Supermarket are all at your doorstep.

There is a bus stop almost directly opposite your front door, Bellerive is easy driving distance to Hobart;s CBD (around 10 mins), or treat yourself and take the Derwent Ferry (leaving Bellerive) ride across the River Derwent right in to Hobart's waterfront precinct of Salamanca.

We recently stayed at this property and, while it had many positive aspects, there were a few challenges that impacted our experience.Upon arrival, we were unaware that the Stayz app was required to obtain the entry code. This resulted in a frustrating three-hour wait outside the property while trying to sort out access, and we were advised at the time that the host was unfortunately uncontactable.The listing also mentioned unlimited and free off-street parking. However, due to the location and close access to the ferry, it was extremely difficult to find a spot nearby. In addition, the driveway was partially occupied by a building trailer and construction materials, and we were advised not to park there as the permanent tenant needed access to come and go with their trailer.We also found that many of the property rules appeared to be structured around the needs of the permanent tenant who lives in the backyard.Another difficulty was with the laundry facilities. While a washing machine was provided, there was no dryer available. There are two clotheslines down the side of the house, however we were unable to access them as they belong to the permanent tenant, which made it difficult to make use of the washing machine.That said, the property itself is well appointed and the location is very convenient, which we did appreciate during our stay. With a few clearer instructions and adjustments, the experience for future guests could be greatly improved.

The house was great and street parking is available in front of the property. The house was our base as we explored Hobart. We drove out for dinner each evening (we were there on a public holiday and the weekend) and got to the city quickly.The beds were comfortable and had bed warming ejecting

Property was perfect for our brief stay. Close to Ninja Stadium, grocery store, food outlets etc. Glad we got there early to secure a park close-by as thr streets are used by people attending the stadium. Had we arrived late, we would have had parking issues. Only concern was the rubbish bins were quite full - when we emptied the rubbish we found not a lot of room to put our rubbish in before we departed the home. Otherwise, a great stay, would recpmmend and would book again if we had the need.

Clean and light home with comfy beds and welcoming feel. Shower was hot and there were all the extras we needed -shampoo, hairdryer etc. Kitchen pantry was stocked with the basics, too. The stay was well-priced for a property that has had consistent care and attention. Shops were nearby and it was a short drive into the centre of Hobart. We would definitely stay again.
