"What a wonderful place to stay! It was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We loved having coffee and breakfast on the deck in the rocking chairs. This house is close to Lindale and Mineola. Everything was exactly as it was in the pictures. We will definitely be back!"

"We loved the character of the property. It was literally the barn! Bed and shower was clean. However, the cobwebs and spiderwebs were everywhere!!! We had spiders crawling on us at night and in the bed. The windowsills and ceilings need a good cleaning. Set up was real cute and cozy. We literally did nothing! Just rested, relaxed and reconnected. It definitely did for us exactly what we were hoping for."

"Second time to stay here. Very clean. Quiet area. Close to town. Few minor issues. Sent email and they were corrected next morning with a treat to make us smile. Will probably stay here again when we are back in town."

"Excellent stay. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable space. I’m visiting small towns in NE Texas looking for some retirement property or home. Diane’s place is centrally located in between two lakes and the charming town of Mineola. The room was more than enough for a solo traveler. I booked through Expedia and apparently there is some issue with the communication with the VRBO app. It seemed like our messages were delayed or didn’t come through on one app but would show up on the other app....

"Fun cabin , tastefully decorated with lots of DVDs and other things to do for a long weekend or multi night stay. My family enjoyed playing horse shoes for the first time. This was my second time to stay here and will be back! Thinking of doing a fishing guide at lake fork and staying at this cabin. Super nice hosts!"
