"J ai passé 15 jours au Vietnam et c est mon meilleur hôtel . Tout était PARFAIT . Le personnel attentionné , efficace , d une extrême gentillesse, allant aux devant de nos besoins . Situation géographique parfaite , vue dur le lac . Chambres grandes , propres .. Peut déjeuner excellent. Merci et bravo à toute l équipe Marie "

"Had the most gorgeous view of the mountain. The hotel is close to restaurants, cafes, city center, and tourist spots. Be sure to try the Chestnut cakes sold near the hotel. The owner and staff are really helpful. They're like a close-knit family with Pam as the big sister. She is always willing to help and answer our queries. She's simply the best! "

"We stayed there for 3 nights. Location was very convenient. Breakfast was included in our price which made it a great value. The buffet choices were awesome. Minor issue with the toilet flush was promptly rectified. Unfortunately, due to the rains and fog during our stay, the mountain view visibility was zero. Otherwise, we'd stay there again if we visit Sapa next time."

"this hotel room was beautiful and had the perfect mountain view. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. food and coffee were delicious. i got a shampoo/face spa for the first time. the lady was amazing! they also gave advice on when it was a good time to visit. all in all, my 2nd favorite hotel ive gone to in my lifetime"
