"Everyone was kind and accommodating. We came very late at night and from the moment we got there we were well taken care of. The rooms were super comfortable and had all we needed and more. "We love the spacious apartment. We could do laundry and cook if we liked. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. We initially booked a transportation with them. We had to pay. However, the driver was at a different gate. So we had to get a “Grab” (a version of taxi/Uber). The staffs apologized and gave us a complementary ride back to the airport. We did not have to argue. They just offered. They were great. "
