"The hotel is very well located in the heart of Stockholm which makes everything easy to walk to and there are plenty of transport links to allow you to go further. The hotel itself is an old building with a lot of character, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast plentiful and well presented. "Decent and clean hotel about 15-20 min drive from Stockholm downtown. Building was a bit difficult to find initially as it is surrounded by corporate buildings but the neighborhood was actually quite nice and within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. Room was modern and clean, however the lack of AC was quite frustrating as we were there during what seemed like the hottest week of summer. "This property was very disappointing to say the least. Firstly we were given the wrong key to our room twice which meant we had to come down from the top floor with the worst and slowest lifts I have ever travelled in. The rooms are very small and bed was very uncomfortable to the point that I had to sleep on the sofa which we found more comfortable to sleep in. The hot water in the shower was only Luke warm and shower recess very small."
