"This is the second time I’ve stayed at the particular motel. It’s a wonderful place and close to the facilities I needed to go to. Had to checkout before breakfast but was told I could get a grab bag. That didn’t happen. The lady in the kitchen was rather rude and kept telling me I couldn’t go back there I needed front desk to do it. Ummm front desk told me to go back there. Anyway we left without it. Otherwise place was excellent"

"The room itself was clean. However each time I leave my room I have to find someone to open my room door as the door was very hard to open. The outside was nasty and have prostitution activity and MAJOR DRUG ACTIVITY! This hotel needs to be SHUT DOWN"

"Staffing was amazing the two different guys I talked to…… but the rooms where not good at all our first room and ants in the beds and the ac isn’t work, bathroom door was broken, peep hole has a piece of toilet paper in place or the actual glass it looks like then we were given a second room and there was still ants in that room and the furniture was either broken or missing drawers."

"Hotel was supposed to be an Extended Stay hotel yet there were NO dishes, glassware, utensils in the room. There wasn't even a hair dryer, which the Expedia site specificaly listed."

"You can hear the other room bathroom toilets showered also the room is full of cockroach We cannot take our luggage back home. We have to go straight to the laundry and clean it due to cockroaches."

"The property was very poorly maintained and did not appear to be clean. There was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the property. I found a used razor in the shower that had clearly been left by a previous guest. The bed did not appear to be clean either. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this property."

"This is a 1* property, not 3* as advertised on Expedia. This place is worn out. Elevator out of service when we checked in, pool green and out of service (in July), no hot water when I showed, Luke warm for my spouse 1 hour later. Carpets worn out, noise all night. And, the skimpiest continental breakfast that resulted in us going out for breakfast. Complete disappointment in LaQuinta and Expedia. ."

"Tub was dirty, there were roaches in the lobby and a very unpleasant smell in the room. There was no hand soap either."

"This place is long in the tooth, but the rates reflect that. The beds are still comfortable, the kitchens work. Just bring the stuff you know you'll need and you will be fine. The staff is friendly and the long term guests are pleasant as well."
