"We love a staying here. We have routinely checked for this place every time we come to Sioux City."

"Nice home in a nice location. We were in town for a Sioux City Musketeers Futures camp and were only 10 minutes away from those events. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Sioux City. "

" I enjoyed the quiet cozy house. It is pet friendly and my little dog was much happier in the little house compared to a motel.The property manager was very helpful and communicated promptly.I will stay again if I have the opportunity too."

"Property was as described and right in the heart of Sgt. Bluff. Easy process of checking in and excellent communication with Owner. Fenced yard for dogs was a plus! "

"The property is absolutely beautiful!! The hobbit house is definitely the coolest place I’ve ever stayed! Hosts were friendly and easy to work with. Beds comfy, house was very cozy and unique! Make sure to sign the journal and look for the treasure box and ring!"

"Newly remodeled and very clean , quiet neighborhood- great location - close to everything we needed! Communication with hosts was excellent! Obviously a lot of work and care has gone into remodeling this home - we will definitely stay again and it will be fun to see this property develop even more the next time! "

"As my title says.... the pictures dont do the property justice. The interior is tastefully decorated, the kitchen has every pot, pan, and cooking utensil a guy could ask for. The bed is quality. The only thing that I believe is missing, is a couch. There is a chair and a loveseat.It would be nice to lay on a couch and watch TV."
