"Great place! Room very comfortable, private bathroom and shared kitchen. The owner lives in site very friendly and made excellent Mexican dishes. Will definitely be back!

"Oh my goodness this stay was fabulous! We travelled New Zealand and this has been our favorite stay! Beachwood is perfectly located to everything and the room was beautifully appointed. We had a full kitchen, a comfy bed and plenty of living space to spread out into. Our hosts, Dion and Mackey were lovely. They gave us lots of tips and checked in daily to be sure we had everything we needed.
Don't hesitate! Book it! You won't be disappointed!

"Stunning apartment in a fantastic location. The on-site free parking was a great bonus especially for Dunedin! The property was clean, modern, comfortable and very well equipped. Shelly the property manager was also a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend!"

"We liked that although we arrived after sunset, when the office was closed, picking up the outside-office phone got us in touch with a friendly man who told us where we could find the keys.
Down side was the picture used to advertise the room was one we recognized as being a down stairs room that we stayed in that previously. Should have studied the description more closely.
We did get a unit on the second floor of a different building that could sleep five as advertised but wife was unable...
