"My kids, grandkids ages 8-17 stayed for 4 days in December. It was nice that the house was decorated. We enjoyed the hot tub and the ping pong table. We visited the Farnsworth House nearby which was really interesting!"

"We had a large group (11) the property had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The host was very helpful and quickly responded to any inquiries we had."

"Absolutely amazing experience. Felt at home the minute we walked in. It was a perfect size for 4 people. Walking distance to the river, bars and restaurants. Would 100% recommend."

"The home is located in a very safe neighborhood located blocks away from downtown Batavia and an easy drive into Geneva/St. Charles. I was able to communicate directly with the owner and he was wonderful to work with. The popcorn machine in the basement was a hit with my two daughters. The office space and standing desk made my workdays very comfortable. This is an amazing space and an amazing owner. Thank you!"

"I appreciated the prompt and courteous interactions with the host while I stayed at the property for a workshop. Location was so convenient. The studio was thoughtfully appointed and prettily decorated. It was a cozy and inviting space."

"Communication with the host was excellent; they accommodated an unexpected change in plans and were very responsive. Most of my purpose in coming was to cook for my stressed out college student, and the kitchen was reasonably well-equipped with pots, pans, utensils and dishes. There’s a full spice rack, too. There are two Roku TVs and the Internet was adequate as well. "

"Beautiful scenic view of the river. First time fishing for my son, who absolutely adored it! Thank you for the host for being so generous and letting us borrow his fishing supplies. Neighbors were nice. The state park was fun to visit too. We grilled, made s'mores, relaxed, and had an amazing long weekend. Would highly recommend. "

"We needed to book at trip at the last minute (2 days before, with dogs) and was very happy to find this available! The unit was just as expected and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The location is walking distance to downtown Yorkeville (great food/bars, walking, etc) but also a park 2 blocks in the other direction so the dogs were very happy. Although we didn't use it, there was a garage we could have parked in. Check in went smoothly and communication with the Owner was easy. Check...
