Plum Point Villa - Stunning View In The Heart Of The Finger Lakes!

Stay in the center of everything that the Finger Lakes has to offer - wineries, breweries, sightseeing, boating and much more! This classic two-story lake house features a spacious, 180 degree lake-view living room, leading to a 14x20 foot deck overlooking Seneca Lake. Three bedrooms provide lots of room for friends and family - 1 King bed room, 1 Double bed room, and 1 with a queen and 2 single twins. Two full baths, both with shower/tub combo, and a bright, fully equipped kitchen. Wi-fi, linens and towels provided.

The private beachfront provides tons of room for gathering and relaxing, with a swimming area and dock. You can launch your boat from the owner's private boat launch right next door. Gather around the firepit for late night cheer and s'mores (roasting sticks provided). The large backyard has space for lawn games or hanging out under the canopy.

With two restaurants (open seasonally) within close walking distance, you may never have to cook! But if you feel like grilling out, there is a gas grill. The kitchen is stocked with all of the utensils, cookware and appliances needed to cook a great meal. Table and chairs are provided on the front deck and back patio so you can enjoy your meals with sunrises or sunsets.


Please note: There are several steps to reach the entrance of the house and the driveway is steep so the property is not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Property was very clean and roomy. Kitchen well stocked. They even left us snacks and a bottle of wine. View was amazing. Wish the weather was better. Didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit because of that. Was perfect for our needs! Would recommend this to others.

the house was located midpoint on Seneca lake. A perfect location to use as a base to visit the entire area in an hour radius. Plenty to do for an entire week at museums, vineyards, restaurants and most important fabulous scenery. The house was as expected of a vacation lake home. A front porch provided an elevated view over the lake. House was fully furnished for a week's stay. Kitchen was fine and used outdoor grille.

Check in and out was a breeze. Everything was well explained on how to get there and where to park. They were very responsive when I had a question. The property is spacious and they have thought of everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to use. They had a water dispenser which was very convenient. The rest of the house had many storage opportunities which kept the house clutter free. The private beach area was my favorite. Kayaking from there was a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Plum Point Villa was the perfect first time getaway to Seneca Lake. Our hosts were very accommodating and quick with responses. They truly wanted us to have a perfect stay.The home was very clean, well stocked and had an amazing view. Having a boat launch on site was so convenient. Amazing Weekend Getaway

My family and I stayed the weekend at Plum Point Villa and had a wonderful time! The place was super clean, everything was labeled and easy to understand and the hosts were extremely responsive and kind! Our favorite features were the firepit and seating by the lake and the gorgeous lake view. If you are considering a stay in the Finger Lakes area, definitely consider Plum Point Villa!

Good visit

The house was very clean. Rooms looked nice and were very comfortable. All that we expected or needed was supplied, e.g., kitchen equipment, items like salt and pepper, towels etc. It was cold outside and we could get the heat we needed. It was quite apparent that if we needed contact with our hosts, that would be easy. They provided good written instructions about what was expected. The single annoyance was the kitchen fire alarm that went off while cooking scrambled eggs, making toast.We recommend this place for others.

Awesome location!

A group of 8 friends enjoyed our stay at this lake house home on Seneca Lake. Home was clean and had a great back deck, lake front area where we built a fire by their dock and nice covered back patio where we cooked out. Close to wineries, The Windmill and restaurants.

Wonderful location

Our group was 3 ladies having a girls get away. The house was well equipped, comfortable and clean. Loved the location with the view and easy access to the lake. We enjoyed being able to walk to two lakeside restaurants from our house. I would go back again.
