  • ¡Bienvenido a "Castello" en Castle Point Paradise! Ubicado en 3929 Paradise Lane, Himrod, Nueva York, este moderno ofertas cabina de una hermosa vista del lago Seneca que se puede disfrutar de uno de los balcones o la amplia terraza (en el jacuzzi!)

    ¡Dentro de Castello te emocionará encontrar una cocina completamente amueblada con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos! La sala de estar también está equipada con una chimenea de gas para calentarlo en esas mañanas frías.

    Arriba, encontrará 2 habitaciones bellamente decoradas, cada una equipada con sus propios balcones privados para disfrutar del hermoso amanecer.

    ¡En el sótano tendrás mucho que hacer! Un mini bar y un televisor LED de 50 '(con sonido envolvente de última generación) lo mantendrán ocupado en los días y noches lluviosos. También hay una cama Murphy tamaño Queen en la planta baja para que la cabina acomode cómodamente hasta 4 parejas. ¡También hemos agregado una mesa de billar para que tenga algo que hacer en los días lluviosos!

    Y ... ¡mira esta baraja! El mazo de 32 'X 18' te dejará con muchas opciones. Puede disfrutar de una comida cocinada en una parrilla de primera categoría y relajarse en los cómodos muebles de polietileno. Y después de que las luces de la noche se desvanecen, puede subir a la bañera de hidromasaje para quitarse las preocupaciones. El césped es grande y tenemos varios juegos de jardín para que uses. Un patio de concreto y una hoguera en el césped, justo al lado de la terraza, son el lugar perfecto para asar un poco de humo.

    La ubicación de la cabaña no decepcionará, lo suficientemente lejos de los caminos trillados para brindarle privacidad en sus vacaciones, pero cerca de la carretera principal y de varias de las atracciones más importantes de nuestra área. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Saw a great fireworks display on July 4th and we were just 15-20 minutes away from most things we wanted to do or see.

This house was immaculate. The smell of fresh log cabin when you walk in was a plus. It was so clean and cozy. All of the pots and pans were fresh and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was clean and warm from the minute we got there. I would stay here over and over again.

House was very pleasant and a view from the porch that couldn’t be beat! It was very quiet and serene and the foliage was turning to autumn colors. Lots of wineries in the area and we managed to take in a few. Had several great meals and very much enjoyed our stay.

Family weekend

The property was clean and located in a quiet area. We were able to walk Watkins Glen and enjoyed the hot tub at night. The property was exactly as described and gave us time to reconnect as a family.

Amazing

Such a great place to stay! Cute, cozy, CLEAN! Easy check in and check out. Great location! We had 6 adults which was perfect! Plenty of room. Hot tub was hot upon arrival. The hot tub is professionally cleaned every Friday and their maintenance guy was very nice and helpful! Home is very well stocked with kitchen utensils,pots,bowls, cups, and pans. We really enjoyed ourselves. We would most definitely go back!

Amazing view!

Castello was amazing. We had a great weekend! The deck and outside area was so cool! It was perfect bc for our family of 7! We had everything we needed except wood for the fire out. Which was right down the road. Great location, great amenities! Ruth was awesome with communication! We will be back to Castello!

Almost perfect

Two issues: the hot water supply was kicked off due to power outage. It took us a "hot" minute to figure it out. But once it was on it worked great, plenty of hot water for all. The hot water unit itself sounded like a freight train, very loud for the guest in the basement. The only other issue less than satisfaction was the grill. The burners were rusted out. Please replace the grill before the guest arrive~!

Perfect Spot

The location and home was lovely. We always stay, annually, at VRBOs and in the Finger Lakes. The furnishings are usually very comfortable. This time, however, I have to say there wasn’t much in the way of comfortable seating for the 5 of us. The dining room chairs were uncomfortable. The leather chair was comfortable. The outdoor seating was VERY comfortable, loved it. I’m sorry but the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Soooo soft. Sorry. Also, I would advise putting a rubber mat in the upstairs shower. One of the ladies fell back into the shower when she slipped while stepping out. Fortunately only painful bruises,( and she’s in good shape physically), so I think you really should think about that. She’s a nurse and felt you should know. Loves the fire pit at night, it was so relaxing. Again, put some money into the mattresses, no pun intended.

Clean and pretty inside and out

Our family of 8 had a wonderful time in this cabin but it had it pros with the cons. Pros: beautiful property, deck had a nice but far off view of the lake. There was plenty of flat yard area for outside games. The fire pit was a beautiful area. The house se was very clean and comfortable. Both upstairs bedroom had balconies which 2 of our married children enjoyed each morning. It was a short drive to Watkins Glenn (the reason for our stay) and surrounded by many vineyards if you’re into wine tours. Cons: it sleeps 8 but you cannot seat 8 in either of the living room or basement family room without using kitchen chairs or sitting on the floor. There are also only 4 chairs around the fire pit. The blow dryer and DVD control was missing and the master and basement bed were not comfortable. The hot tub was not hot. Conclusion: Depending on your choice of activities, this property offers everything you could desire for a family weekend away but for the price, it falls just short of perfect. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of a large family vacation home near Watkins Glen, I just wish it hadn’t been so expensive with all the added fees.

sibling assembly

kitchen was well stalked with an island for extra prep space. but the dishwasher has a broken door, but works. also many of the dinnerware was chipped, time to replace them. the downstairs was great for movie watching. bedrooms were adequate, but no place to put suitcases or a small dresser. also more bath towels would have been nice. the deck has a wonderful view. overall we enjoyed the location.
