    This charming villa offers a stunning oceanfront view where you can savor your morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. Enjoy direct beach access just minutes away or take a refreshing dip in the year-round heated pool.

    The villa features a king-size bed, two bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa, making it ideal for families. It comes equipped with wireless internet, gated parking, elevators, and on-site laundry facilities. The complex offers two beach accesses with bathrooms, an outdoor shower, and convenient grilling and picnic areas next to the pool.

    Each villa at Ocean Dunes offers complimentary wireless internet for your convenience.

    Our oceanfront pool, now heated to a perfect 82 degrees year-round, is open daily from 9 AM until sunset. It’s the ideal spot to unwind and soak up the sun.

    Located just 70 yards from the beach along South Forest Beach Drive, Ocean Dunes is perfectly positioned for easy access to Coligny Plaza, where you'll find an array of shops and dining options. Experience the best of beachside living with the comfort and convenience of Ocean Dunes 311!

    This property has coin operated laundry on the property, not in the villa.

Fantastic location and oceanfront! Larger than the other 1 bedroom we stayed at. Loved all the hooks for hanging towels and things and extra baskets and bins for stowing away stuff so that it dodnt overcrowd the smaller space. Would love to stay again!

Love Hilton head

This is our third year staying at this property. We enjoy this day, although I wish they would’ve left more towels for eight days. It’s always a joy to visit.

Great place

The condo was small for 6 but the owners had baskets for our things and other nice accommodations. Very close to beach access and pool. Easy walk to shops and ice cream. We enjoyed our week there.

Great place!!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay tremendously! We were able to sit on our balcony every night and watch the deer down below us as they ate. We were able to see the diving seagulls at the ocean as well. It is the perfect spot, in the perfect area. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. This was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had!

Perfect location with great view

We found this to be an absolutely perfect location (we took frequent walks and bike rides to Coligny square, and long bike rides along the beach to the southern tip of the island), with a beautiful view, a nice heated pool, and a grill area that we enjoyed using. The only things that could have made it better would be if it had electronic vs. key entry, and a more comfortable pull-out bed.

It has all the comforts of home, especially in the kitchen. Floors could be cleaner but it’s an indoor outdoor house. The pool needs more umbrellas. Staff was excellent and always helpful. All in all a wonderful getaway.

Great place

This was our second time to stay at this location. We find it to be in the perfect spot close to everything. We accidentally got locked out of the room and was stuck on the balcony. We called to get help. Help arrived within 30 minutes and we were so grateful! We cannot wait to come back for another 8 day vacation!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was beautiful, the condo was very musty and has wall AC units. I was having a hard time with the smell. It needs a dehumidifier in there, it felt like the bedding was damp from the humidity. In the master bedroom, the plantation shutters do not block out the light from the outside hall so the room is not dark and has light coming in. It also has no light but lamps in the living room. It needs a ceiling fan or a light on the ceiling. So you can’t play any games at night because you can’t see.

The unit is small which is fine for two people but if you put six people in it there is no room for luggage. Slider door was missing a panel for privacy. You got one hot shower a day from the hot water heater. It smelled musty and like mildew. We removed the filters and they were awful. We have pictures of those. They did take care of that. They are non responsive over the weekends. Below it asked how we would like are name displayed. Trust me when I say it isn’t Stan P from Irvine,NA. What is that even. We love Ocean Dunes and have stayed before but will not go through Vacation Time Rentals again.

We are not complaining people, but we were very unhappy when we checked into the room. I really think the owner should be informed.1. Silverware in drawer was put away with caked on food! Gross.2. Someone's old water bottle was between the bed and nightstand! How they put clean sheets on is beyond me.3. Dust under the bed has been there for some time.4. The front door always took minutes to try to open. That really needs to be changed.5. The sliding door and screen definitely needs to be replaced. Very difficult to move.6. Hairs all over the bathroom floor.
