Step out to the pool or enjoy ocean views from the balcony in this renovated condo at Seaside, a gated oceanfront complex in South Forest Beach. Featuring a queen bed, sleeper sofa, Smart TVs, and a full kitchen with granite counters, it’s designed for comfort. Stay cool with split AC units and relax with beach chairs included. Just minutes from shopping, dining, and the beach—perfect for a Hilton Head couples’ getaway! 🌊☀️

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

The villa is located in Seaside Villas a gated oceanfront complex within walking distance to the main tourist center (Coligny Plaza, The Tiki Hut, and lots of shopping and restaurants), and biking distance from lots more. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. The building is oceanfront and our villa is ocean view along the side.

Biking is the preferred mode of travel on Hilton Head. Bike rentals are just across the street or bring your own and use the racks under the building. There is a trolley service across the street that runs between most of the popular areas for a dollar a person. There are local free golf cart trolleys that runaround South Forest beach. Most things you need are in walking distance.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

This was a last minute booking when we decided to extend our vacation two additional days. The unit was as described and served the intended purpose. It's outdated and the AC units didn't seem to cool quickly. The small sofa was pretty worn out and you could feel the springs when you sat down. We didn't spend a lot of time in the unit so those things weren't a huge issue for our short stay. The property management company was wonderful to work with.

Great place. Good value.

We liked the unit and location. The only problems were plumbing issues. There was no plug for the bathtub. The bathroom sink drain dropped and could not drain the sink without propping it open.

Good unit but unfortunately very bad weather

We liked the property, very clean. Just wanted to let you know that the garbage disposal did not work, the overhead light in the bathroom was out, smoke detector missing and the beach umbrella was broken. These items were in this condition when we arrived at the property.

The place was great! Very clean and organized. Very well located , just a few steps from the beach and the village. Just the weather wasn't great and it rained hard for 2 days! But overall very cozy.

Great stay!

This is a great place to stay. Cozy for 2 people. Everything nice in the unit. Communication with Kendall was super! We would highly recommend this unit….just steps from the beach and a couple of miles from lovely shops and restaurants. Everything we needed was supplied.

Great Getaway!!!

This condo was perfect. The place has an elevator and luggage carts available. The beach is only a few steps away. The host was SOOOOOO friendly, accommodating, and very responsive! The condo was definitely perfect for our needs and much better than staying at a hotel. I would definitely book with this host in the future.

Perfect Stay

The owner provided great communication from the start and throughout the trip and even went out of the way to provide laundry soap. The condo was in the perfect location being walking distance to a lot of restaurants and activities. I really enjoyed being right on the beach and having the pool as an option as well. Would definitely recommend staying here and would like to be back at some point. Thank you!

Wonderful location

This condo was the perfect fit for us. We enjoyed the beach chairs that were included, the close walk to the beach and the kitchen! Coffee on the balcony while gazing at the ocean was a highlight!

Great stay!

The property and room were both very clean upon our arrival! The hosts are very kind people and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. They are easily available to reach if you need anything. We loved that the condo is right on the beach and the room was everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend staying here and if my husband and I return to Hilton head in the future, we would book here again!

Great place to stay!

This was our third time staying at Seaside Villas and everytime we stayed here was great! This condo is located right outside the pool area which was great for us because our daughter loves the pool! It was so nice to be steps away! The condo overall was very nice and cozy and so CLEAN when we arrived! The owner Kendall was extremely nice and communication was excellent! She let us know when the condo would be ready and on the second day made sure we had everything we needed! I really appreciated that! Overall I highly recommend this condo cause it’s steps away from the beach, location is great with shops and restaurant right down the road!

Great Location

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. We were only down for a few days for fishing but had a great time. Right on the beach, within walking distance to Coligny plaza which has food and shopping. Nothing fancy but we enjoyed our stay.

Weekend Getaway

The villa was right on the beach. The villa was recently renovated with up to date appliances. Everything was exactly as it was advertised. The place was clean and cozy. We walked to Coligny and enjoyed the beach. I would definitely stay here again

Location was very nice. The beach is beautiful! The property itself needs some looking after. The bathroom door does not close for instance. The faucet in the shower needs help. Not a repeat stay i'm afraid.
