This Sea Pines home in a very private setting features remodeled baths and hardwood floors throughout the home. We also have Plantation Shutters which offer amazing privacy and they keep the light out on days that you just want to sleep in. The cathedral ceiling living room is spacious and comfortable with a sleeper sofa and love seat, and there are flat screen TV's in every room! The family room actually has a 75" TV along with a DVR/DVD system. There are two sets of sliding glass doors looking out over a very private pool and deck. There is also a gas grill on the pool deck area.

The dining room is surrounded by windows for a great open effect and offers standard seating for six, plus sliding glass doors to the deck. The bright, large, kitchen with skylight, quartz counters, and hardwood floors has a breakfast bar with stools and a breakfast table that seats four. You can use wireless Internet throughout the house and on the back deck.

All the bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private two-person shower, DVD, and sliding glass doors to the spa and deck. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The second and third bedrooms share a bath. The baths are recently remodeled.

There are two-and-one-half baths and a laundry room.

We have replaced all blinds with plantation shutters. The shutters very effectively keep the rooms dark when needed. We also provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, soap, trash bags, etc) for your arrival. We do provide 8 beach towels, along with beach chairs, umbrella, Cool Cabana brand canopy, toys, etc.

We also have a private neighborhood (Greenwood Forest) community recreation area which provides a pool, tennis court, and large children's playground.

Park your car and bike or walk to most places. The property is across a small lagoon from a bike path that connects to over 25 miles of paths. It is a short bike ride to the beach on a shaded, scenic path. You can bike on the beach, a favorite Hilton Head activity. The house is close to golf, horseback riding, and a nature area. It is a short walk to shops and restaurants in Sea Pines Center. You can bike or walk to picturesque Harbor Town, which has stores, restaurants, tour boats, and parasailing.

The private pool is open all year round and it can be heated upon request ($250 extra per week) if the ouside temperature is above 46 degrees fahrenheit. (If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool or spa does not reach the desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will not be given)

Also, there is a nearby community pool (seasonal) and tennis court and playground.

Sea pines gate passes are $30 per week, per car, and that will be an additional fee.

South Beach Marina has closed their boat ramp and will no longer offer boat launchings.

Rental Guests will not be permitted entry into Sea Pines if they are towing a boat.

Also, the following are not permitted to enter Sea Pines according to Sea Pines HOA:
· Electric Bikes (unless protected by ADA)
· Campers/RV
· Trailers of any type
· Boats
. Rental guests vans or trucks with commercial logos



PARKING:

The driveway can accommodate four cars. Any additional cars per Sea Pines/Greenwood Forest HOA are required to park in the community pool parking lot. Parking on the landscaping is a violation of the HOA rules. There are fines and penalties for parking on the landscaping, which will be passed on to the renter.

SMOKING:

Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period.

SECURITY:

This home only has outward facing security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. There are no cameras inside the home.

PETS:

Pets are NOT allowed in this home. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was a pet in the home.
