    The Space:

    This beautiful, modern home showcases high-end finishes throughout and is ideally located just a 10-minute walk from the pristine beaches of Hilton Head Island. “Full Sweep” offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience for your coastal getaway.



    The home features a private pool and spacious backyard designed for relaxation and entertainment. Lounge chairs surround the pool, while a covered seating area provides the perfect shaded retreat for outdoor dining or unwinding after a day at the beach. A gas grill is also available for guests to enjoy casual cookouts in this inviting outdoor space.



    Inside, the fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, making meal preparation simple and enjoyable. All three bedrooms are furnished with brand-new furniture, TVs, and modern fixtures. The bathrooms are beautifully updated with detailed tile work, including a primary bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.



    Please note: The private pool may be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional nightly fee. Pool heating must be requested at least seven days prior to arrival. Pool heating performance may be limited when outside temperatures drop below 55°F, and refunds will not be issued if the pool does not reach the desired temperature while actively heating.



    Conveniently situated near scenic waterways and golf courses, the home is also close to a wide selection of dining options and grocery stores, including Whole Foods and Kroger, ensuring everything you need is just minutes away.

    Other Things to Note:

    If the parking pass is lost, regardless of the situation, an additional charge will apply, as Palmetto Dunes is a very strict community when it comes to their policies.

    Cost of the passes if you got lost:

    1 DAY/0 NIGHTS - $0

    1-2 NIGHTS - $20

    3-7 NIGHTS - $35

    8-14 NIGHTS - $50

    15-30 NIGHTS - $75

    31-180 NIGHTS - $100



    For pool heating requests, please notify us at least 7 days prior to your check-in date, as the pool requires sufficient time to heat properly.



    Please note that pool heating is available for an additional nightly fee. Kindly contact us for the exact pricing.

    Late pool heating requests are subject to approval and availability.



    If the outside temperature falls below 55°F, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be provided if the pool or spa does not reach the desired temperature but is still actively heating.



    Pool heat is available seasonally from September 1 through May 25 only.

Great location and property

Friends came to Hilton Head for pickleball weekend. Plenty of room and each bedroom does not share a wall with another bedroom, very quiet. Private back yard and pool, very enjoyable. House is short drive to tennis facility and 10-15 min walk to beach. We had 1 request for the management company and they were very responsive. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Newly upgraded home

Perfect quiet location. Easy bike ride to the beach. Pool area was the best. The weather was over 90 and sunny all week , so the pool was a great place to hang out after the beach. The great room had plenty of room for games at night or to watch a movie.

Amazing property! Entire house was very spacious and private bedrooms with no wall sharing. The kitchen, dining and family room are huge and very nice. The pool was fantastic to have and we used it day & night with the three children with the 6 adults at the house. There is a nice dock in the back (not pictured) and saw our turtle and alligator friends every time we walked back there.Sheets/bath towels provided from a service so they were perfect sets and plenty. We rode bikes to/from beach and all around the community which the kids loved. First time staying in a house in Hilton Head and we'll be back to this one for sure!

Excellent vacation home

Our family of 6 really enjoyed the relaxing comfort of 66 full sweep. It is a beautiful home with an amazing backyard pool deck for meals, swimming and sitting. Riding bikes to the beach is a breeze and the neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Highly recommend staying here for a family vacation!!

This property was outstanding. We found that everything was new and very modern. The house was immaculate, backyard very spacious, inside accommodation was perfect for three families. Management was very attentive and ready to help. Everything about the property listed accurately. We enjoyed the bike trails, the beach, shops. Spacious,great location,outside?

Loved the layout of the inside nice setup in backyard, gazebo is nice touch with ceiling fan but should have had alight in it.The furniture in the gazebo had mildew all over it.Loved the pool set up and the furniture looked new but not enough lighting.
