Private Beach Access, Indoor pool, jacuzzi, 2 outdoor pools

2 minute walk to the beach through our beautiful court yard with a lagoon and outdoor pools. Beautiful 1 Bedroom Condo secluded over looking the tennis courts from the screened in porch. This gated community also has a small playground for kids. Our beach is the most secludes beaches on the island and is never overcrowded and is located on the sound. It is also a great beach for kids.

You will have my cell phone #, email address, and we live only 5 minutes down the road from the condo you will be staying in so we can be available very quickly if needed. Otherwise, we will send you the info you need for check in and the door code to start your relaxing & wonderful vacation!

on Head Island is a premiere resort community. It has 12 miles of ocean beach, over 200 restaurants, over 30 golf courses, nature preserves, parks, shops, Mini golf, and bicycle trails. The island bike trail is right outside the complex. There are also many bike rental companies who will deliver & pickup right to the condo. Savanna is only 45 minutes away if you want to go on a day trip.

We are a gated community. Upon arrival when you get to the security gate, just give them your full name and the unit you will be staying in.

The Spa is nestled between Mitchellville & Fish Haul Beach Parks. This is one of the least populated beaches on the island located on the sound and is not overcrowded at all. This is a natural beach and clamming, shrimping, oysters, mussels and fishing are all allowed on this beach It is also a great beach for kids to make sand castles, play in the water. I love the walks on the beach and watching the 2 Bald Eagles we have living here with us and the dolphins too. You do however need to have a license, which you can get at Walmart at a great price. Please note: there are no life guards at our beach.

There are bike rentals near us and they deliver right to the condo for you. The bike paths start right in front of our condo assoc. and many people love to explore the entire island by bike. There is a ferry that will bring you over to Duffuskie Island for a day trip or many other boat adventures you can do while you are here. Please see our guestbook for all the great things to do and excursions you can have. These can be booked right through our guidebook for your convenience.

The kitchen is equip with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and crock pot as well as your pots/pans, and dishes. We do offer some basic spices if you choose to cook but can't guarantee what may be there at any given time. Coffee Maker - Keurig & regular full pot drip. We supply starter garbage bags, paper towels, toiletries, laundry soap, dish & soaps. Also available is 100+ HDTV channels, free WiFi, a smart TV with Netflix, and more...

Nothing like what was advertised. My wife and i chose this place to end on our honeymoon and was seriously disappointed there is no private beach the beach was a 1/4 mile and it is shared with 300 others this place is a massive condo complex this is not what we thought we where getting we immediately locked back up after seeing the extremely small condo with dated furniture and a balcony that looks at a tree and we left and got a hotel Seriously disappointed and we appreciate a full refund for this true disgrace

V-day Beach Get Away

My husband and I enjoyed our overnight stay. The property was clean, quiet and just a quick little walk to the beach. The only issue that we had was that we had been informed that we needed to bring cash to purchase the parking pass or else we'd be ticketed. It needed to be in cash because the guardhouse only accepted cash. We got there to find out that, that they didnt accept cash and the price had gone up to 25. We feel that the 25 shouldve been included in the price of the stay and the parking pass waiting for us. But other than that little snafu, it was great!

Property was old and tired but clean.I find it annoying to have to pay for parking.That fee should be included with rental.We only slept there so it was ok.Next time cheaper to stay at the days inn as the fees really rack up.

This was a horrible experience.

My overall impressions of the property are that it is an older what I would all apartments. Now, they have been fixed up, but there is no denying that it is an older complex. The owner was very very rude when I contacted her when we first arrived. It was so bad we left early.

Great communication and location

Check in was very easy and convenient. Property was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach on a very quiet part of Hilton Head. Communication with property manager was great. Overall, we had a great time on this trip.

Non-Goldilocks Experience!

The property was beautiful. The condo was clean (except the baseboards). There were no real pictures of the TINY bathroom. There was a rainshower, shower head with no real water pressure. I am a 6' tall woman and had to bend down if I was going to wash my hair. The bathroom mirror was hung for a 4' tall person. I had to bend down to attempt to put on my makeup. An additional mirror was provided, as there was only a single sink vanity. There was NO comfortable seating in the living room. It was a rock-hard futon that would only hold a 5' person laying down. The only other chair was a wicker, single-person glider with some cushions. There was no table to eat on in the condo. There was very little room to even move around the bed in the bedroom because the bed was a double bed - NOT ideal for two adults. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The hall "bed in a open closet" was not that much better for sleeping. We booked and paid for 3 nights. Two of them were sleepless nights due to the horrible mattress. In fact, it was so bad we left after two nights of not sleeping and booked a hotel. We called VRBO to provide an update that we had left our rental. We were connected with the owner who said she appreciated us letting her know we had made our stay shorter so her cleaning staff could get in earlier for her next rental client. We let her know about the horrible beds, low water pressure and horrible shower head, & futon. She never offered any kind of refund.

Needs updating. Not the cleanest. Owner extremely friendly and helpful. Beach is a natural beach so no waves , sand etc. Very muddy and no beach when we were there. Maybe better if not raining. Very private. Tenants upstairs very loud and disturbing during the night

Nice - but needs updating.

Owner was very nice. Adequate small unit, the LR furniture should be rearranged and updated. Although generally clean, maid left wrong type of dish soap(there is no dishwasher) and the previous renters' recycling was left on top of the refrigerator. It was very reasonably priced - so we expected some glitches. Location not as ideal for biking as others on HHI. Shower faucet needs repair.
