Designed for effortless gathering and elevated island living, this spacious home blends relaxed Lowcountry charm with modern comfort, creating the perfect setting for family vacations, golf getaways, and memorable weeks at the beach.

✓ This property is in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort, and a car pass is required for every vehicle.
✓ One paid car pass is included with your reservation. Please contact your Host prior to arrival to purchase additional car passes AFTER booking for $35.00 for the weeklong reservations. Prices vary depending on the length of your stay. Please reach out to us for additional information.
✓ The number of car passes that can be issued for the property is based on how many vehicles are allowed.
✓ The town prohibits parking on the street or unimproved surfaces such as grass or pine straw.
✓ The pool does not have safety equipment. Swim at your own risk.
✓ The pool has free electric pool heat. Please contact the host to have the pool heat turned on. Please Note: No heat provided if outside temperatures are below 50 degrees
