Oceanfront Paradise! Direct Beach Access

Ocean Dunes 119 is a beautifully (recently renovated) appointed one-bedroom, one-bathroom villa with a stunning direct view of the Atlantic Ocean. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a combined living and dining area, and a private balcony that overlooks the ocean.

The living area includes a queen-sized sofa sleeper for extra guests and a set of bunk beds, perfect for small children.

Guests enjoy complimentary wireless internet throughout the villa.

Ocean Dunes offers an oceanfront heated pool, maintained at a comfortable 82 degrees, open daily from 9 AM to sunset.

Located just 70 yards from the beach on South Forest Beach Drive, Ocean Dunes is conveniently close to Coligny Plaza and Coligny Beach Park, offering easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment.

This property has coin operated laundry on the property, not in the villa.

Guests also have access to the Hilton's Oceanside Bar and Grill and Starbucks products!

Please note, there is a 3-night minimum stay.

The room was small but comfortable. Everything was clean and as it appeared in the photos. Quiet area with a short walk to the beach. The pool is heated year round so it was very nice. We had rain one day and windy the next so the pool was still comfortable to swim. The view is ok, being close to the ground you don’t see the beach but you can see the ocean. We saw a deer in the brush walking back from the beach in the late afternoon.. very peaceful area. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect getaway for two

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as pictured, with a beautiful view and short walk to the beach. The condo is fairly small, but was perfect for two people.

Post pandemic vacation nightmare

Excellent location. Easy walk to beach on pathway. The unit was quaint. However, a few things about the unit needed attention, i.e., missing light bulb in lamp in living room, shower head was terrible (my husband made some adjustments to get the water flowing better). The toilet ran continuously for a few minutes after flushing and the bath sink did not drain because the pop up valve didn’t work. The towel ring came off the wall several times, along with the hall coat rack, because these were screwed directly into sheet rock when anchors should have been used. There was no handrail in the shower, this coupled with no bath mat created a slipping hazard. In fact, I lost my balance when I used the shower, as did my husband. We purchased a bath mat immediately and used it each time we showered daily. Additionally, the bed was horrible. The mattress felt like a rock. When I made up the bed Thursday morning, I found a bug in the bed. We left that day even though we were scheduled and had paid for another night. Furthermore, the ice maker did not work. Oh, just so you know, you need to place all towels and strip the bed linens and place these in the designated location and don’t forget to take all of your garbage with you as you leave. If you rent, you are charged for cleaning (why then must the renter be held accountable for these cleaning tasks). The extra, ambiguous charges are both excessive and ridiculous. I don’t believe the cleaning personnel get the money that the renter is charged for their service. Make your own decision about renting, but the above is factual information.

Perfect Family Getaway

We have never used a condo before and we couldn’t have been more pleased! It was clean, perfect location and for our family of 5 and it was just right. The only thing I would add would be a half railing on the bunks because my 9 year old fell out in the middle of the night. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay!!

Unit 119 was a very affordable and clean condo for us!! Great access to the beach and Coligny beach area. Easy to get around - bikes were great!! We will definitely vacation here again!!

Cute condo with water views

This condo was very nice and had nice views of the water. It was great being so close to the beach and being able to hear the ocean. The south forest beach location was great. The building itself was older but the condo was very comfortable. Parking at the condo was great, very easy and big lot. The property management company was very nice and very helpful.

Great Location....That's about it

Great location for beach and pool access. The unit is well worn and you can notice it. It slept my wife and I in the only bedroom and the hall bunk beds worked great for my kids 10 and 6. My only con is the unit is well worn and in a need of being updated.

Nice place!

We liked the separate bedroom with the bathroom in the middle and the bunk beds on the other side. There was privacy going from bedroom to the bathroom and from the bunk beds to the bathroom. The livingroom was nice and couch comfy. The kitchen was adequate. I liked the view in the back. It was very pretty even though it was sandunes and trees! You had a glimpse of the ocean, and it was very calming. We loved our stay at this condo on the ground level.
