Very Nice; needs some TLC

Ice maker & water on door did not work. It took several discussions with mgmt to convince them refrigerator probably needed a new filter. When they came out & replaced filter, refrigerator worked fine. Also said the tub in guest BR was not draining well. That was not fixed even though they said it had been. Hole in wall in bathroom near top of door. Doors to patio are very hard to open & close; probably due to age of building. Nice location & grounds are lovely.

Great location. Great place.to stay

We enjoyed the visit very much. Only one issue that was eventually resolved. The place was not perfect but very good. Bring all spices and seasonings. And bring salt and pepper. Alos lots of sunscreen.

Dirty floors, dead bugs everywhere, and a 1.5 hour fire alarm

The location and neighborhood is great. Once you walk inside the condo you realize its out dated. Paint peeling, dirty floors, dirty showers, smelly water, dead bugs everywhere. Also, a live bug under the mattress. A fire alarm went off for 1.5 hours the first night. It was a nightmare outside. The firefighters could not get the alarm to stop going off. We contacted the manager and all they did was send out a cleaning lady the next day. She was 2 hours late but was very nice. It was so nasty that I didn't want to take a bath or bathe my children in the bath tubs. Very disappointed.

Great beach trip

The property was just as advertised and was a quick trip to the beach. We had to call maintenance for one issue and they resolved it within a couple of hours. Would highly recommend this property to others visiting Hilton Head.

The condo was as advertised--updated, clean, and comfortable. The location is great, right on the beach, and the property amenities are excellent. My family would stay here again.

Spring Break

This was our second stay at Windsor II, but our first stay in this unit. We love the condo complex and its proximity to the beach. The rental company did a good job corresponding before and during our stay. My main complaint is with the cleanliness and upkeep of the unit itself. We chose to stay in and cook our first night. Unfortunately, we found several kitchen items dirty (visible food caked on). It did not appear that the cleaning crew is checking things. In addition, my son’s bed had sand in it the first night. It was not from him, as he had showered and not slept in the bed prior to this. The living room furniture is visibly soiled and could stand to be replaced or thoroughly cleaned (professionally). The carpets are also very soiled. We don’t wear shoes inside and my feet were dirty after walking around the condo. Finally, paint is peeling off the walls in the master bath, making it look less than stellar. I did communicate my concerns with the rental company, and they acknowledged my message.

Wondeful family Vacay

This property was perfect for our family. We had 4 kids ages 5-16 and everyone had a great time. The beach is right outside the pool area, when the littlest one was finished with beach one kf us could just take her to the pool while the otber stayed at the beach with the other kids. Definitely will be comjng back!!

Great location, nice property!

Overall this is a very nice space The apartment is very spacious & well laid out. Great location, easy access to beach & pool. We stayed 3 weeks and had all the amenities needed to cook meals. We felt very comfortable. Minor negatives were the water had not been run before we arrived so we had a day or 2 of intense sulphur smell & dirty water before we emptied the water tank. Bathrooms could use some paint as it was peeling in some areas. Also the windows needed to be cleaned to appreciate the view.

Wonderful Vacation

This property is everything in the pictures and more! The condo was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. It's a short trek across the boardwalk to the beach which is super convenient with kids. We enjoyed the pool when we needed a break from the ocean. There are beautiful views from the balcony, and we were even able to see some deer right under our window! Also, this property is located in a super convenient spot as it was close to many restaurants and shopping. Would recommend to anyone! Will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect beach getaway

This was our first time visiting Hilton Head Island and the location was perfect. Short walk to the beach and biking around made it extra great. Property manager was easy to get a hold of.
