Ocean Front Complex! Super nice and updated, newly renovated, newer furniture, new paint, new ceiling fans, 1 minute walk to Coligny Beach! This unit is incredibly clean and well stocked. Walking distance to the new Celebration Park that just opened!

BRAND NEW Gel Foam Queen bed in bedroom and there is lots of storage. There is no door to bedroom, is open to hallway. This unit also has a very nice balcony with outdoor seating and GREAT views of the ocean! There are elevators through out complex as well as laundry facilities on each level. There is a very large private pool with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. This is a SECURE gated complex. You have direct access to the beach on a boardwalk, with outdoor showers. There is a newer ocean front sundeck with lounge chairs and a nice swing! BBQ and picnic area are available for your use and have been expanded and are cleaned everyday! THIS UNIT COMES WITH 2 BEACH CHAIRS AND 2 BIKES!!

Seaside Villas is a fabulous location! The private beach entrance with salt water rinse off, proximity to shopping, restaurants and endless bike paths was perfect! That the hosts provided bikes was so convenient. They also provided a helpful notebook with restaurant recommendations and local attractions. The condo is as described and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony. Everything we needed was provided and is in good working order. Would absolutely recommend!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and my husband and I absolutely love this VRBO! The location was unbelievably good. We felt like royalty being so close to Coligny plaza. Beach view and direct beach access were wonderful. The beach is wide and pristine. The unit is within walking distance of scores of restaurants and shops. We walked or biked to every meal. We never once had to get in the car! The two complementary bikes were so much fun. We also appreciated the beach chairs which included cooler compartments. Be aware that the bedroom does not have a door so privacy is limited for those in the bedroom. The bed and couches were comfortable. We played cards on the covered balcony one afternoon when it rained. This place has it all.

Super nice unit with very comfortable upgraded furnishings, quality bedding and a beautiful coastal color theme throughout including artwork. Loved the Coral colored countertops and matching teapot. (Smile) Everything you need is here plus a peak view of the ocean from the deck.Just cross the hall, go down a few steps to your private boardwalk to the beautiful HH beach. Did I mention great Hosts! Our second stay here, will be back!

Great little condo

Nice condo. Very small but we were only 2 people so that was fine. Not fancy but clean. There wasn’t any shampoo but I had my own. Very close to the beach!

Great location!

It was great for a short stay. The location was the best! The bedroom was a little warm the first night but had cooled more by the second. Size is suitable for 2 people. Communication with the owners was great. The bikes were a grat perk!

Great stay in a perfect little condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay at this Seaside condo. The place was very convenient, safe, and it was a beautiful property. The location of the complex was perfect. It was great for riding bikes up to Coligny plaza, with easy access to the beach, and the traffic wasn't too bad. The pool was really nice and it was shady in the morning and late afternoon. Never crowded when we went. The balcony was great. The view was nice. Everything in the condo was clean and comfortable. Our little family had a great stay. The check-in process, the communication with the owners, and the overall stay was fantastic and we highly recommend it.

This condo was awesome! It was so close to everything and the bikes were great to have. We did not drive the entire time we were here, and we really enjoyed the dinner recommendations made by the host. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Memorial Day Weekend Get Away

The location of the condo was great and the place was clean and neat. Upon arrival we received an email with all the information we needed except the gate code to enter the parking lot and the beach access gate. When we called the property manager, she immediately told me that it was in the second paragraph of the email, which it was not. She did go ahead and gave me the parking lot code. Also my fiancee asked about if there were additional towels and she let us know that this was not a hotel and that the towels provided were just to cover a day or two. I have read the other reviews about this place and notice a trend of people complaining about no gate code provided and also how the property manager replies to the complaints people have, she makes it seem like it's everyone else's fault they can't read emails or it's not a hotel. Also, we had to get the beach access code from another tenant, and one bicycle seat would start turning upward while riding it and it could not be used. Overall this was a good condo and great location. Not so pleasant communication though. So please go ahead with your sarcasm reply.
