Stroll just across the property to the beautiful beach on Port Royal Sound when you escape to this two-bedroom condo on Hilton Head Island. Here at The Spa on Port Royal Sound, you'll have a screened balcony, views of the tennis courts below, and access to fantastic amenities on the grounds.

This condo sits on the second floor of The Spa on Port Royal Sound, where the beach and a private pier await on the other side of the property. On-site amenities include two seasonal outdoor pools, an indoor pool, tennis courts, a fitness room, shuffleboard and basketball courts, grilling and picnic areas, a playground, and bike trails.

When you decide to get out and explore Hilton Head, you'll find you're in a prime location next to Fish Haul Park and Mitchelville Park, away from the crowds but still close to the island's famous golf courses, restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

Walk a few steps home from your morning workout, swim, or tennis match to be greeted by a newly renovated interior with central air and contemporary furnishings. Prepare breakfast in the open kitchen, sit down to eat at the table for six, and bring your coffee out to the cushioned seats on the shaded, screened balcony. At the end of the day, relax in front of the cable TV in the living room or retreat to the two bedrooms - each with its own TV and attached bathroom.

Dear hostI wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience during my recent stay at the Vrbo Spa on Port Royal Sound. The location was perfect—clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near restaurants and stores. I also loved how close it was to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, and I am already planning to return in June 2025. I would love to book this same location for my next visit, as it provided everything I was looking for in a vacation rental.Thank you for providing such a lovely place to stay. The room was very clean and just like the pictures on Vrbo. Only complaints I have is that I had to pay to park at the room, there was no broom for me to use to sweep the floors with (with kids floors get real dirty), the dryer squeaked really loud every time we used it so had to make sure to use it when we was not in the room, the bathroom on the left needs the shower handle tightened up and the toilet paper holder fixed, pillows could be a little more fuller (they are very thin, either use two or bring yours if you like a full pillow like I do), and lastly there needs to be more cooking pots and pans. I didn’t cook much but I did notice if I wanted to I couldn’t have because of the lack of pots and pans. Loved how close it was to the beach and it being a private beach was so nice because the low number of people there. Used the indoor pool and hot tub everyday. Both were super nice and clean. I will be staying at this location again in the future.

This unit was sufficient for our needs, but there were several little things that were frustrating. The screened in porch was nice and the furniture was also of a nice quality. The cabinet doors in the bathroom fell off in both bathrooms and the hot and cold water were reversed in one of the showers. The Wi-Fi had issues, but those were repaired after asking for some assistance. The kitchen could have been better appointed with some extra things, but the basic necessities were there.

We were very happy with our stay. The unit was very clean and well stocked with kitchen necessities and towels. We had to call with questions a couple times and had no issue getting through to someone. The pool wasn’t too far and the river/beach was a few minute walk from our unit. It was easy to get to anyplace on the island from here.

Small 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Better suited for 4 rather than 6 but we made it work. Internet router had to be rebooted once. Towels and bedding provided and clean. Washing machine and dryer a little loud, dryer needs to run twice for towels. Overall nice place for just under a week to stay when visiting for the beach. All remote check in and check out, no person to person contact.

We thought we were staying at a condo on the beach. The beach was a good 5 minute walk away, which is not terrible but it is not a great swimming beach. There was also a feral car farm just across the parking lot. Thank goodness for the cats because they helped keep the mice and snakes away. However, you can imagine our disappointment when we were expecting a nice beach condo and go a feral cat farm for our viewing pleasure.

This place is an absolute gem! Our family of 6 utilized all the sleeping accommodations including the bunk bed which was so helpful. We spent a lot of time outside exploring the grounds, swimming (the 2 outdoor pools are seasonal and open April 1st, and 1 indoor pool), direct access to a beautiful beach, a playground, basketball and tennis courts, and fish ponds. Next door is a park that has beautiful hiking trails and there are paved bike paths that take you all over the island. We brought bikes but there's a bike rental shop just down the road which will deliver them. The accommodation included a few essentials such as laundry pods, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and paper towels but if you are a big family you should plan on bringing extra or buying some during your stay. There are plenty of stores to buy groceries. We cooked food, celebrated a birthday, and enjoyed the space when we needed to rest and let the kids nap. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and took advantage of all the place had to offer!

Would have been great to know that the property is adjacent to a cat sanctuary. The patio door doesn’t lock; hole in 2nd bedroom wall; no soap holders in either bathroom showers; the towel hanger on the back of 1st bathroom door is loose; and the internet connection information on a table in the unit is incorrect (password typo).
