Come and stay in this large one-bedroom one-and-a-half bath condo at the Island Club. It is on the first floor with a beautiful lagoon view located in the row of one-bedroom condos closest to the ocean. We are on the beach side of the lagoon. It is also a short distance to the three terraced pools. This villa is ideal for singles, couples and small families.
The fully-equipped kitchen has newer cupboards, countertops, lighting and stainless steel stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and frontload washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a king-size bed. A queen-size sleeper sofa and loveseat are in the living room. There is a large dining room table that seats four. The covered patio area with table and chairs overlooks the lagoon with a lit fountain.
There is a storage area in front of the condo for sandy beach supplies. The Island Club is an oceanfront resort with a large deck over the dunes with views to the ocean.
There is a picnic pavilion, an outdoor game area, grilling areas and a playground. The closest grill is less than a minute's walk from the condo. The Island Club has a newly-remodeled pool area with a large seasonally-heated pool, a kiddie pool, a tanning shelf and a hot tub. The pool area also has a shady sitting area, Patty's Porch, to relax in when the sun gets too hot. There is a public restroom poolside.
There are seven clay tennis courts and pickleball courts overlooking a beautiful lagoon with free tennis by reservation. Reservations with the Tennis Center are mandatory to play tennis or pickleball. There is a full basketball court and a weight room.
The 23-acre Island Club grounds are beautifully landscaped.
Come and stay in this beautiful home away from home. It is the perfect starting and ending point for a day at the beach, long bike rides, visiting local historical sites, tennis, golf, shopping, eating in, eating out and anything else a perfect vacation may consist of for you and your family!

The ocean was not visible from the unit, but there was a beautiful from of the lagoon from the balcony and the beach is only steps away. From doorstep to sand, walking at a casual pace you are probably looking at 5 minutes. The Wi-Fi was easy to access and worked great. The Host was very Responsive. The drive to Coligny Plaza is not bad at all. Very Quiet neighborhood. Perfect location if you are looking for a relaxing getaway and want to avoid tourist crowds.

Comfortable, clean, cozy stay for our family of 4! We loved our stay here and found everything to be in great shape and well maintained. The bedroom mattress was particularly comfortable- and I tend to be very picky with vacation beds! The modern full size washer and dryer and dishwasher were all so nice to have with our kids. We had a few minor hiccups through the trip (keypad issue and a little water at the patio door from a MJAOR rainstorm) but the owners were very communicative and helpful. The complex itself was lovely and we enjoyed the pools and playground. One minor drawback - and this is no reflection on the owners here - was that the pool closed much earlier than we expected - 8:30pm. That was disappointing - we were looking forward to a few night swims.Overall would definitely book here again and stay at Island Club!

Perfect Stay!

This is a lovely, super clean, well equipped condo, ideal location. The resort is beautiful with security, beach access, games, courts and bikes readily available. Close to shopping, golf and activities. Good communication with hosts. Could not ask for anything more!

Pleasant surprise!

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. Everything was clean and fresh. The property is within a lovely resort that had many places for enjoyment. A short walk to the beach was perfect for our needs this time of year. Hope to return next year to this lovely retreat from winter in Ohio. If I had a negative it would be that cupboards were very high. Step stool would be helpful to get to middle and upper shelves as well as to use the dryer. I’m just too short

Very responsive owners

On our arrival we found that the unit had not been cleaned. We contacted the owners who apologized and immediately sent the cleaning crew to make it right. The crew did an excellent job and the rest of the week was great. The unit is well maintained and attractively decorated. The king bed was very comfortable. Would stay again.

The condo had all the amenities that you would need to enjoy a stay at the beach. Really enjoyed that you could play Pickleball on one of many courts. It was also very convenient that you could rent bicycles at the resort without having to use an outside source. Would come back again in the future. 💙

We loved our stay!

We had a great stay in this unit! The property owners were very responsive to any questions that I had. The electronic key code entry was a HUGE bonus, not having to worry about carrying around an actual key. Also loved the black out curtains in the bedroom, which kept the room dark from the outdoor lights and helped keep the bedroom cool! We had a wonderful stay in this unit!

Fall Getaway

My wife and I have been coming to The Island Club for 30 years. I suppose you could say we love the property and what it provides for us. We have stayed at many different condos in The Island Club during that time depending on the number of people in our party. When we had family with we needed larger condos to accommodate all of us but now it is usually just my wife and me. For the two of us this unit was perfect. It was clean, everything in the condo worked as it should and the owners were promptly responsive to our questions. For two people this unit is a 10 out of 10.

Convenient to all we wanted to do

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Island Club is a beachfront resort. This condo is not beachfront but it was very easy to get to the beach. We hit the beach every evening and took a beach cart with us to haul our stuff. There was an easy path all the way to the beach. The condo itself was nice. It has all we needed. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed drinking coffee on the porch each morning. We look forward to a return visit.

5 night stay

We enjoyed our stay here. Wasn’t a far walk to the beach or pool. A map with where things are in the complex would have been nice but we did figure out. Everything in the condo was very nice. Comfortable bed. Great shower pressure. Very clean. I’m sensitive to smells and didn’t care for the smell when we got there (I’m assuming from the cleaning products) but we bought an air freshener and that helped a lot. Great communication with the owners also when I had questions. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Great stay!

We’ve come to Hilton Head every year since 2014. This is our second year in a row staying in this particular room. It was very clean and we only had one issue in which I had to message the property owner. They responded extremely fast! This room has all the utensils, pots and pans you need for cooking. The only thing missing (or maybe we overlooked it) was pot holders. We highly recommend this room for your stay!
