One of the bigger houses we've stayed at in HH. In prime area with easy access to beach (walkable), grocery, and restaurants. Hosts were very responsive leading up to the trip as well.The house is packed with beds and your basic items. Be prepared to buy everything else though (trash bags, dishwasher detergent, etc). Other things to note: the driveway is really small (the description isn't joking). We had to get creative to fit cars for 20 people -- thankfully the neighbor let us park in their driveway. Checkin/out instructions were clear, and cleaners were right on time in the morning.

Disappointing Stay - Not Up to Standard

We had high hopes for this property, but it fell short in several areas. Although the house accommodates 25 people, parking is very limited, and guests must park off-site, which is inconvenient. Cleanliness was lacking. We found a food wrapper under a bed, a spider web in the kitchen ceiling, and multiple areas in need of paint. The door from the pool to the kitchen was especially unsightly with rust spots. Several maintenance issues stood out: the dishwasher leaked, and advertised games were inoperable. The foosball table was broken and purely decorative, and the video game table didn’t work at all. The outdoor area was disappointing. The pool was murky and unusable for the first 24 hours, and the white pool furniture was so dirty we had to cover it to sit down.On the positive side, the kitchen was well-equipped, and there were plenty of beach supplies. The host was responsive during our stay, but unresponsive afterward when we followed up on unresolved issues.This home has potential, but until it's properly cleaned, maintained, and communication improves, we would not recommend it.

Beautiful home, extremely responsive

Eventhough there were some issues, they were fixed promptly and the owner was incredibly responsive. My family and I enjoyed the home and the environment. The only thing I would change is the water pressure and the heated pool in the summer time. When getting in just know its more like a warm bath. Overall we would stay again!

Work Trip

We had six adults stay at the house. They had work to do during the day and were able to relax at night. Everyone loved the house and enjoyed area. The house is beautiful, the location is great, and there was enough space for everyone.

Nice Family Vacation

Overall we had a great time. The property is roomy and well equipped. There were a few cleaning issues such as pull tabs and tissues missed, and the pool area still had trash, but the important areas like the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The walk to the beach took about ten minutes. The owner had two carts that helped a lot.Our stay included Memorial Day weekend. Friday and Saturday nights were loud until early morning, but the other nights were quiet.We would stay at the property again.

Love this beautiful home and how it has alot of space and beds for everyone. I especially love how clean it is. Some of the things that would be better is, having toilet paper holders instead of put toilet paper on the counter. Last, bathrooms need towel holder. Amazing and needed relaxation

It’s everything as described. Only 1 thing. We did not use the elevator as we’re not sure if working or not. Call button did not light up but the stairs were good exercise. I would definitely recommend this property to friends. Pricing was great as well. The master bedroom at night if patio door left open gives a natural soundscape ensuring a wonderful nights sleep. We loved it.

Wedding Weekend Family Group

Overall great stay at Folly Field. The house was the perfect size for our family group of 11. We enjoyed the heated pool and plentiful beach accessories. The bedrooms are nicely decorated. A few things by the pool did not work - tv and propane fire pit - but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Bachelor Trip

Brought 20 people down to Hilton Head for a bachelor party weekend. We had a great stay here. All 20 were able to sleep comfortably. The property was clean and everything (pool, grill, elevator, etc.) were in good condition. Would definitely come back if I travel with a big group again!

Great for a large group like Girl Scouts

We wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for the house that we stayed in on June 16-18, 2024. Our group of 10 kids and 5 adults was quite large, but your house was perfect for us. The girls thoroughly enjoyed their time in the pool, game room, sleeping arrangements, and eating there. Your house provided a wonderful time for our group. Please keep up the Fantastic work! Great location

This place is ideal for families with many kids. They are trying their best to maintain it but cleaning level not up to make. Pool furniture's very dirty stair case dirty, beach toys in garage were very poorly organized. After all they did not keep Shampoo or Conditioner in any of the rooms which was very disappointing. First i had such experience in my starvation via Vrbo. Overall a good property without proper maintenance.

Nice location

Very nice property. A lot of room inside the house. Had an issue with the pool but the owners sent someone over immediately to fix. I would definitely rent again for our family putting.
