Welcome to 15 Wren Drive! This four bedroom, four and half bathroom home can sleep up to eleven guests and is located within walking distance to the beach in Sea Pines. A quick five to six minute walk and you’ll have your toes in the sand!
As you enter the home, you are on the main level - which is elevated by a flight of stairs. The fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook and dining area are located by the spacious living room. In the living room there is a 70" flat screen television, a full bathroom + direct access to the screened in porch and wraparound deck.
The first three bedrooms are located up a small flight of stairs. The first bedroom has a king bed (master bedroom), the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All three of these bedrooms have private bathrooms and flat screen televisions.
Downstairs below the main level, you'll find the final bedroom. The fourth bedroom is ground level and has four twin beds + one twin pull out trundle. There is a half bathroom next to this bedroom + direct access to the pool deck area from the bedroom. There is a full bathroom located upstairs by the living room.
This home has both a private pool and spa that are able to be heated seasonally only for an additional fee. Seating options are sprinkled around the pool deck area as well.
The home is located conveniently close to the beach and close to South Beach Marina where there are shops, restaurants, water sports, tennis/pickleball, seasonal live music & the famous Salty Dog Café.

• Pool/Spa Info: The private pool is approximately 25’ by 10’. The pool and spa can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The spa can be heated year-round for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool/and or spa heat + pay fee.
