  • Enjoy a relaxing beach retreat in this recently updated oceanview villa, located in an oceanfront complex just steps from the sand. Perfect for couples or small families, this cozy space features a Queen bed, Queen sleeper sofa, and a full kitchen for easy meals that has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker. Take in ocean views from the balcony, lounge by the pool, or walk to Coligny Plaza’s shops, restaurants, and the Tiki Hut. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. A budget-friendly stay in the heart of Hilton Head’s main beach! 🌊☀️🏝️

    As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

    Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! 🌊🏝️

    Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Room was as shown in pictures. Clean, steps from the beach, walking distance to Coligny Park & local shops & restaurants. Had wonderful weather during week of September 12-17. Felt safe with gated entrance & parking.

Great location and very clean! They even had beach chairs and boogie boards on the porch we could use. The beach themed sugar cookies were also a nice touch! I’d highly recommend and would defiantly stay again in the future!

We had a perfect stay at this one-bedroom, one-bathroom beach rental! The communication from start to finish was absolutely top notch—every question we had was answered quickly and clearly, which made the whole process so easy and stress-free. The beach view was beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for.It was spotless and very well maintained, making it easy to relax and feel comfortable right away. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful beach getaway!

This unit was exactly how it was advertised, steps to the beach, clean, convenient location and included free and secure parking! Kendall, the owner left a great instructions/ information binder, and responds quickly to question/ messages. I would definitely rent again!! Thank you Kendall.

Perfect Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked last minute and were immensely happy with our decision. The check in and out was a breeze. The location was stellar. It is convenient to everything. We rented bikes and did not get in the car for 4 days.Loved the relaxed atmosphere. On our way back home.

Took an extra couple of days on a recent vacation road trip and decided to stop by Hilton Head. Found Kendall's property online and booked it. It was just as described, it was very clean, and close to the beach and other entertainment. Was even notified early that the property was ready to go well before check in.

Great find!

Excellent communication with the host prior to and during our stay. Quick responses and always willing to make everything right. Location is ideal to Coligny and walked down the beach to the Tiki Hut. Quiet condos. Very pleased. Will stay here again.

Nice place. Close to the beach. Just a few things I would like to have been different. The mattress was very soft and sinking. Not enough towels and wash cloths. It would be great to put a high top and high top chairs on the balcony.

Fun Trip!

We loved staying at this villa! The location is PERFECT! The villa was clean and stayed cool during our stay. The owners left us cute cookies decorated like an octopus and turtle! We liked the pool with our baby. We only used the fridge and microwave once, but the kitchen was nice. Communicating with the owners was easy and professional. There were carts to bring our luggage up. Overall it was a great place to stay for our baby girl's first beach trip!!

My wife and I went on our 3 year anniversary with our 6 month old son. We loved it! We walked the area a good bit. Some great food and shopping around. The condo was very clean and in a great location. We will definitely be back!

Incredible

This was our first time to HHI and it was amazing. We were able to walk to plenty of awesome restaurants. The place was perfect for the two of us. Owner was very responsive (even though I wasn’t as I wasn’t checking the app but she was just checking in). We can’t wait to come back and would definitely stay here again. The beach is right off the property. 2 min walk maybe. We carried chairs, a cooler, and towels (all provided by the owner). I couldn’t have imagined it better, especially for the price. Bed was comfortable, great view. If anyone is going to Harbour Town next year for the RBC Heritage, you can walk to Coligny center from here and a Kelly Tours bus will take you right there. We had used cabs but this would have been much easier.

Great time

We have a great time on this beach trip. The condo was clean and well-equipped with all we needed for a nice stay. The area was quiet and the beach clean and everyone we met was friendly and welcoming.

On the Beach

A compact condo in a large multi-unit building, with direct access to the public beach with miles of walking. It is also within walking distance of restaurants and churches and a short drive to Publix, pharmacies and gas stations in a pleasant neighbourhood..

Short walk to the beach with ocean view. Could have been a bit cleaner and provided more towels. Did have AC but had to use all fans to stay cool. Full kitchen which is a plus.

HH beach vacation

Nice place to stay, Very short walk to the beach, outside showers to wash off. Very convenient for beach back and forth. We enjoyed our stay.
