Fabulous Ocean Front End Villa Completely Renovated!!!

See the sun rise over the Atlantic from your very own private balcony. One of the best ocean front views on the Island from our 3rd floor end villa. You can see, hear and smell the ocean from our perfect ocean front location. Every attention has been given to the details in this beautifully renovated villa, including all the light soft peaceful colors of the sand and sea. The master suite includes a king bed and master bath with huge walk in closet. Wake to a spectacular view of the ocean from the master bedroom and walk out to your balcony from your private entrance for your morning coffee. The guest room includes twin beds and a beautifully renovated walk in shower for our guests.

Enjoy the open floor plan of our totally renovated living room and kitchen with all new appliances and the large bar area with silestone counters and beautiful shellstone floors.. Dine in at our special and unique Dolphin Dining Table and Enjoy movies on flat screens in all rooms with Bul-ray and Netflicks...and all cable channels, if you ever tire of the incredible ocean front view. If grilling is your love try the great gas grills or charcoal if you prefer and enjoy the beautiful picnic overlooking the ocean. There is also a new washer/dryer, stereo system, and flat screens in all rooms, and Hi-Speed Internet. The Island Club has every amminity imaginable including nine free tennis courts, swimming pools including beautiful tanning bed, swimiming pools and zero entry children's pool with mushroom waterall, health and fitness center, sauna, hot tub, racquetball, basketball, children's playground and bike trails and bike rentals. The Island Club is also a gated community with 24 hour security, and the nicest most helpful staff you will find anywhere on the island.

Hilton Head has everything anyone could ever hope for in a dream vacation spot. Play a different golf course everyday if you choose, incredible shopping and dining and the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises anywhere on the planet. Catherine was great host. Very easy to communicate with. The view was amazing! I’d definitely stay at the Island Club again. The condo had everything we needed. The beach chairs and boogie boards were convenient not having to pack them.

Perfect in every way

Just finished a glorious month in Hilton Head and in Catherine's lovely condo. The morning sunrises are to die for! The apartment was comfortable, clean, and convenient. The Island Club is perfect for both adults and families, with easy access to an amazing beach. The location and the lovely apartment cannot be beat.

Wonderful Location and Condo

Absolutely beautiful view! Condo was very nice and had everything we needed. Our host Catherine was great. Even surprised us with a bottle of wine when we checked in! Had no issues. Location is perfect for walking on the beach and love the deck and lounge chairs by the beach. Highly recommend!!

October Getaway

This condo was one of our favorites. The location was so nice. We could see the ocean plus we could enjoy watching the activities in the common area of the resort. I particularly enjoyed the large kitchen peninsula countertop. It really gave the condo an open, roomy look. We would love to book this condo again next year.

Great condo on the beach at HHI.

Our first trip to HHI. We loved the island and the beach. This condo is exactly as described and pictured and exceptionally clean! Catherine was great to communicate with. We cut our stay short due to Tropical Storm Debby but we will be back someday!

Hot at Hilton Head

Property was as advertised, kids commented on how they liked the location. As did us adults, nice to have a short walk to the beach. Only thing was that the microwave was overly complicated! But we managed to figure it out.

Beautiful Week

We loved staying at this place! It fit our family’s needs, was right by the beach, beautiful view, clean, and was a perfect week of family fun! My only suggestion is change the listing to two twins in the 2nd bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room. It was plenty of space for our family of 6, but the listing lists more than the number of beds in the unit.

We all absolutely loved this condo, it was perfect, very clean and quiet and had all the comforts and amenities of home , making our stay extremely comfortable!! The room was very accessible either by stairs or elevator and the views were amazing!! Plus just steps to beach where there was plenty of room !! Ty for an amazing stay ❤️

Another perfect stay!

This was our second year at Catherine’s place, and we are glad we chose it again. It was just as clean, thoughtfully stocked, and enjoyable as we remember. Even in June, this area and beach was much less crowded than we saw elsewhere. We will be back!

Great Week on Hilton Head

Beautiful condo with a very nice host. Check in was stress free and we felt welcomed at arrival. Staff at the complex was friendly and respectful and the amenities are everything you could want. Enjoyed the location with awesome proximity to the beach and pool. The balcony had an excellent view of the ocean. Staying at this rental at The Island Club made for a wonderful vacation and we’d love to come back again.

A little slice of Heaven

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we absolutely loved this location! It is a short walk to the beach or the pool and the view from the balcony was awesome! I appreciate that the condo was clean and the description of it was accurate. The owner was great to deal with and welcomed us with a bottle of wine! Unfortunately, the mattresses in the second bedroom were compared to sleeping on the floor….hard as a rock! Shower floors seemed a bit slippery and it could be the cleaner being used or maybe some traction strips could easily be installed. All in all, it is a great place and we look forward to returning soon for HHI stole a piece of my heart.

Perfect Spot for a Hilton Head Getaway

This property is very comfortable, beautifully appointed and in a quieter part of the island, all of which have made it our favorite springtime getaway for the past several years. Catherine is a superb host and her condo is always in immaculate shape. We love sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean for breakfast, riding bikes on the countless miles of dedicated paths and walking the beautiful beach. It’s a wonderfully relaxing spot to spend time.

Exactly as described

We loved our week at this property! The condo was very clean and larger than other similar properties we have stayed at - very comfortable for our family of four. The large walk-in master closet was so helpful to keep luggage out of the way. The bedrooms and baths are also spacious. With kids, it’s nice to have the option of both a tub and a walk-in shower. On the days we didn’t watch the sunrise from the beach, we were happy to still see it from the balcony. We are already booked for next summer and looking forward to it!

Great stay at the Island Club. This condo was clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. Has a nice, old Florida vibe. The beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach paraphernalia were an added plus. I appreciated wide variety of books the owner provided. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again. My only complaint was the description implies ocean front, but it’s more ocean side. Has a beautiful view anyway.
