The kitchen was very well outfitted, better than any we have had before. This along with books, games and other comforts of home really made our stay great.

Very Nice Rental

Close to the beach. (5 min walk) Close to the Arthur Hills Golf Course. Very irritating that you have to organize passes for your guests to visit you, but not that much of an issue. Pool and hot tub not that great, but will do. Overall a good experience.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has been remodeled and is nicely decorated; however, there is a moisture problem which is apparent by the moldy smell upon entering the unit and the warped/buckled laminate floors. Had I known about this issue prior to making a reservation I would not have rented this unit and I will not rent it again. The owner and property management company obviously know about this issue as there is a air purifier in the bathroom to help decrease the smell and plug in air fresheners. The dryer was not working properly so a person came to look at it promptly, but I don't think the true problem was discovered, but the dryer worked for our purpose. The iron also did not work and a replacement iron was not delivered even after I informed the management company.

A Little Let Down

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived and the check in went great. Property location is great. We went to bed and immediately noticed how worn out the bed was, so did not sleep well. The next day as we are getting familiar with the place we noticed that the bathroom fan did not work as well as the Dryer. We tried going out to enclosed porch and it was dirty. I called the office to voice concerns and no answer so I left voicemail. The office sent me a review just like this so I sent an email and within 10 minutes they called me back, on our last day. They really didn’t seem like they cared!
