Start at the pool. It sits under cover with a lounge area alongside, so swims happen on rain days and peak-sun afternoons alike, and the shade is a welcome break after a morning on the sand. Fire up the BBQ, claim a seat in the covered lounge, and watch the lagoon behind the house go gold at sunset. Balconies off the main living level pick up the same view, and the local birdlife and resident turtles tend to put on a show.

Inside, the full kitchen handles group cooking without elbow bumping, with island seating for the grazers and a dining table for 10 when everyone lands at once. Bedrooms spread across the upper floors so everyone gets breathing room. Two king bedrooms anchor the first bedroom level, one with an adjoining bath and a primary with its own walk-in shower. Two more kings share the next floor with the kids' bunk room, and the top floor holds a pair of queen bedrooms with a shared bath, a natural fit for teens or the late-night crew.

The location seals it. A paved path leads from the community to Folly Field Beach, about a half-mile walk to one of the island's quietest, most family-friendly stretches of sand, with summer lifeguards and far smaller crowds than the island's busier beaches. We stock the home with beach gear so you can load up and go. Mini golf and arcade fun at Adventure Cove sit right outside the community entrance, Shelter Cove Towne Centre's shops, restaurants, and summer fireworks are under ten minutes by car, and Coligny Plaza and the Harbour Town lighthouse round out the list within an easy drive.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
