  • Ubicada en South Forest Beach Drive, esta villa ubicada en el segundo piso frente al mar ofrece dos dormitorios, dos baños, una sala de estar - comedor y una cocina totalmente equipada con lavaplatos. La ropa de cama de esta villa consta de una almohada, una cama King en el dormitorio principal, dos camas individuales en el dormitorio de invitados y un sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar. Hay tres televisores de pantalla plana (sala de estar, dormitorio principal y segundo dormitorio). WIFI está disponible. Hay un balcón privado en el dormitorio principal y en la sala de estar con vistas a la playa y a la piscina, para disfrutar de los hermosos amaneceres y puestas de sol. La villa se encuentra a poca distancia de tiendas y restaurantes.

We overall had a great stay! The views from the condo were absolutely amazing, and the location is perfect—just steps away from the pool, the beach, and downtown Coligny. The management company was also highly responsive and helpful throughout our trip.That said, the condo itself could use some attention. The interior is quite outdated, and the living room furniture is in need of a deep clean. Fortunately, these issues weren't deal-breakers for us, but a few updates would really elevate the experience.

Wonderful week in Hilton Head

This condo is in a perfect location to the pool, beach, shopping and eating. Everything you needed was there. Nice furnishings and liked that it was gated. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, we could walk to all the restaurants and shops. Exterior of builing & pool well maintained and the inside was exactly as described. It was nice to see lots of hooks up (to hang all the bathing suits and towels) and all the extra towels that was supplied. Everything was clean and kitchen was well stocked. View from the balcony was perfect!

Beautiful view, but the property needs updating. The master bathroom needs a new shower, and the appliances and kitchenware items are very outdated and worn. We ended up using disposable items during our stay. Bedding and soft goods need a refresh as well. The floors looked updated, and again-the view was incredible as well as the short walk to the beach and pool. One of the two washer and dryers at the building was closed, so there was very limited laundry availability. Televisions need updating as well-they didn’t function super well and are tiny. Mostly easy fixes to make this property amazing, and just a few larger scale renovations needed.

View is worth the stay. Location is great. Condo was very clean. But it is very dated. Furniture is old and uncomfortable.

Great place

We had a wonderful time staying in Hilton Head. This specific property we did not stay at because there was a problem with the air conditioning unit. The real estate company provided us with a different property down the street at no extra cost. Both locations were close to the beach, shopping, parks and other amenities.

Great condo with view of beach

We have stayed beachside at Beechwood Place several times over the years. This unit is by far the best one to date. Although the condos are laid out the same, this owner was smart with selection and positioning of couches and tables so that the unit felt updated, fresh and more spacious.
