Beach Lover's Retreat End Unit Villa House w Pet-Private Beach

This vacation rental is both family and pet-friendly! Queens Grant is located in the popular Palmetto Dunes Resort, the center area of Hilton Head. With all amenities provided by the Award Winning Palmetto Dunes Resort, you are just minutes from the beach, steps from Hilton Head’s great bike paths, golf courses and terrific shopping and dining. There are 4 community swimming pools and the Robert Trent Jones golf course located just steps from my villa that can be enjoyed by family members. The Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and General store are both just a short walk away.
The recently renovated two bedroom private end unit villa can sleep a total of nine people when you utilize the queen sleep sofas in the living room. The spacious 1500 square feet villa has a large deck and patio area with beautifully maintained landscaping.
The master bedroom has a patio, comfortable King-size bed, 42 inch HDTV, and brand new private tiled bathroom with extra large walk-in tile shower.
The large living Room with vaulted ceiling has a brand new 60 inch flat screen TV in the living area, HIGH SPEED (Cable Modem) internet access WIFI (Wireless). WIFI is SECURE!
The spacious kitchen has an open space design and is very well equipped with all the comforts of home. New washer and dryer off the kitchen area.
We provide beach chairs, beach cart with big rollers and one cooler with big rollers.

This is not a timeshare! There are no tours or sales presentations! There are no hidden fees.

CHECK-IN TIME IS 4:00 P.M. AND CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10:00 A.M. Guests pay the parking passes at the security gate, up to two parking passes allowed.

Absolutely perfect!!

We had a great stay at this lovely condo! My favorite things were the comfortable bed, well equipped big roomy kitchen, nice big kitchen table, open spacious floor plan. It really was perfect for my family of four!

Great Location

Close to the pool and about a 15 minute walk to the beach. Enjoyed having the cart to carry the beach stuff and had one good chair there, had to purchase another for us older folks. Place could use some painting soon. Over all we had a great time!

Lots of space, great location!

This place is very spacious and in a great location in Palmetto Dunes! The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved that the laundry was right in there as well. Living room was wide open and had plenty of seating. Both bedrooms had plenty of space, comfortable beds, and great ceiling fans. We loved the deck, which had lots of privacy. It was an easy bike ride to the beach and to Shelter Cove. The unit could use a few updates, but it's all cosmetic and doesn't take away from all the positives! (Side note: This is a pet friendly unit, but it was very clean and did not have any lingering smell or pet hair!)

Perfect Palmetto Dunes stay

We stayed in this Palmetto Dunes unit in May 2025. Check in process was very easy, the host provided all info we need before we arrived. The condo has everything we need. It is very clean. Kitchen is fully equipped and working. The unit has a patio that we use daily to enjoy breakfast and dinner. There is a water faucet in the back area which is very convenient to wash beach equipments and the dog. It is in a perfect location, 8 min walk to the beach, 15 min bike ride to shopping mall, 5 min walk to the bike / kayak rental store. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again in the near future.

RBC Heritage week

4 days before arriving I sent a message to the host about our friends coming midweek and we would need another car pass. No response. We arrived at checkin after a long drive and our parking passes were not there. Our name was not listed and when the gate manager pulled up the address there was a different owner listed. We were in a panic. Once that was resolved, we were told 2 passes would be 70 which was a complete surprise. Once we dealt with that I sent a message to the host. No response since. Finding a parking spot was difficult. 3 nts it was a long walk (recovering from a broken ankle) One night we received a citation. Another nt we were cussed out by the HOA president. We were satisfied with the home but won’t go back.

We had a wonderful stay on Hilton Head. The area was beautiful, the condo had everything we needed, and it was very relaxing. We would return if we were in the area again. Amanda was very helpful.
