Remodeled in a beach-chic cottage style, this island hideaway sets a new standard for island living! Get outside, and stay out! A fantastic multi-tiered deck surrounds a private, newly refurbished *heated pool and a covered built-in outdoor grilling area. There’s even an outdoor, surfer-themed shower to wash a day of sand and salty sea away because the beach is just a few sandy steps away. The main level's open floor plan hosts a coastal-cozy-inspired living space, a dining area with an oversized farm table for big family gatherings, and a cook’s dream kitchen fully stocked with all stainless steel appliances! This is the very definition of beach life!

A wonderful beach property

House is totally remodeled with high-end furnishings. A large glassed family room, huge kitchen and screened porch. 5 bedrooms were nice with baths. Pool and deck area are large. We enjoyed table tennis in the garage. Beach is very close. Lovely property.

Great location and layout for multiple families.

We vacationed with 3 families total and the property was very accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The proximity to the beach was key with having many small children. The ensuite bathrooms were great as well. Having the beach towels was a nice addition as we quickly went though the ones we brought. The pool layout was nice. The kids really enjoyed the pool while we were at the house. The screened in porch was lovely as well. All in all. we had a great week and would definitely choose 5 Robin Street again.

5 Robin Street

The house and location were amazing. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 5 children under the age of 3! The large living area, kitchen and outdoor pool area were perfect for our family! A 3 minute walk to the beach where there was plenty of room to spread out and play in the sand made this a wonderful choice for us!
