Beach equipment rentals are available right on the beach by Shore Beach Services. You can make your reservations in advance on their site.

Parking is available at this property for multiple vehicles upon request.

A secure door code is provided just for you. Gate passes are $35 per week, per vehicle to enter the private community located inside the south gate entrance with 24 hour access. You are able to pickup your passes anytime, 24/7. This property has 24 hour security and is located close to the beach and Onmi Hotel. A pool, tennis courts, charcoal grills and bike racks are onsite right next to the condo.

This beautifully furnished Centre Court two bedroom, two bath villa features a well stocked full kitchen, spacious living and dining area with queen size sofa sleeper, Digital Cable TV, and bathrooms with tub and shower combination. You will enjoy lagoon views from your spacious private balcony. The complex features a pool with restrooms and is adjacent to tennis courts for a fee that are part of the Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball Center. Centre Court is just a short 10 minute walk to the beach and a short distance to the George Fazio golf course. It’s an easy walk from behind the complex to Alexander’s Restaurant and Wine Bar, the General Store, Pickleball Center and Bicycle and Kayak Rental Center. A bike path that runs along the road to the villa provides easy access to the various amenities inside of the Palmetto Dunes Resort. Centre Court is THE PLACE for a memorable vacation.

The villa features updated tile flooring throughout. The living room has seating for eight guests and features a new queen size sofa sleeper, 65" Smart Roku TV and slider to the spacious open balcony with outdoor dining option and lagoon views of the 11 mile lagoon system. The lovely dining area inside the villa seats six. The beautiful well stocked kitchen features, stainless steel appliances, spacious cabinets, and bar seating for two.

Two master suites are featured in the villa, one with two queen size beds with new mattresses, Smart Roku TVs and spacious en-suite private baths with tub and shower combinations in the two queen bedroom and a walk-in shower in the king bed bedroom.

The 11-mile lagoon is owned by Palmetto Dunes Property Owners Association (PDPOA) and is overseen by the Lagoon & Lake Advisory Group. Due to high salinity levels, fish are unable to reproduce and the lagoon is restocked with 11-inch fingerlings annually. The lagoon is intended for the enjoyment by Palmetto Dunes and Leamington property owners and their invited guests. Approved activities include boating, kayaking, canoeing, fishing and crabbing. Paddle boards and swimming in the lagoons and lakes are prohibited.

You are welcome to bring or rent bikes and secure them in the bike racks on the premises just steps away from the property.

*For the summer rental season, there is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the Shelter Cove Marina, Shelter Cove Towne Centre Shops and various restaurants. The shuttle operates from March - October.

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. The property makes no refunds for no shows, early departures or discounted stays. If you are traveling during hurricane season, please purchase travel insurance via VRBO. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to weather unless a mandatory evacuation is issued.
