23 Dune - Mimi's Place - Spectacular 7 Bedroom Home with 2023 updates!

For the past decade, 23 Dune has been receiving semi-annual updates, making it one of the most spectacular rentals on Hilton Head! Here are the last few highlights:

- 2023: New Top floor! The previous set up has been converted to two king bedroom suites, each with their own private bathrooms. The two rooms are connected by a new 3rd floor balcony, one of the highest views on Dune Lane! This balcony also acts as an awning over the second floor balcony, making it shaded during the heat of the day! Also new to the space, a secondary washer and dryer room.

The scenery of this house is simply breathtaking. With 7 bedrooms, this house is spectacular and has so much room, it can accommodate your extended family. As you enter Mimi’s Place, you will feel as though this home is right out of the pages of Coastal Living! Something very special about this home is that EVERY bedroom has ocean views. Something very few other 7-bedroom homes offer.

This oceanfront home undergoes semi-annual renovations to keep it up to date and well maintained. Some recent updates are displayed in its innovative wood ceiling, updated bathrooms throughout and expansive pool deck. This large vacation home will surely delight!

As you enter this tastefully furnished home, you find yourself in comfortable foyer that extends into one of the home’s two living rooms. This living room has a wet bar with full view of the amazing Atlantic Ocean. To get to the back deck, you only need to step through the patio doors. This multi-level deck begins with a covered porch. From here one can go upstairs, via a spiral staircase to reach the second floor deck. Alternatively, one can descend the half staircase to the lower level: the pool deck! Here, you will find the largest pool deck in the neighborhood, a spa attached to the pool, the gas grill station, picnic tables, lounge chairs, and the private beach walkway that takes you over the dunes! You will, undoubtedly spending most of your time in this area.

Whether your wish is to take in the sun sitting up or lying down, there is plenty of room for all. Back inside, there are 4 guest bedrooms on the first floor. Each bedroom has access to either a smart TV or cable and has large, private bathrooms. Three of the four have king beds and the 4th room has a queen and single bed. If you require a laundry room, do not worry! This floor also has a full laundry room, complete with beach towels courtesy of Beachside Getaway.

Up the staircase to the main floor, you will find the main gathering spaces of the home. There is a second, large living room at the stairs’ landing that opens to the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with a gas range, 2 ovens, a butlers pantry, and ample bar space. An absolute delight for the chef of the family! The kitchen is open to the dining room. This large, open space is furnished with hardwood floors and epic views of the Atlantic through plantation shutters. Just past those shutters is the second floor deck with 180-degree views of the ocean and access to the lower decks via a spiral staircase.

This floor is also home to the primary bedroom. This room has a king-sized bed and a large, private bathroom. This bathroom is huge! It is the perfect place to relax in the Jacuzzi tub or use the distinctive walk-in shower.

Up one more flight of stairs, you will find the top floor! The top floor is separated into two, mirroring King bedroom suites! When you enter each suite, you find a small kitchenette and work space. Great for those working on vacation! Past this area, you enter into a King bedroom with ocean views! The two bedrooms are connected by a third balcony over looking the ocean! This floor also is home to a secondary washer and dryer as back up or for use if you do not want to walk downstairs!
