221 Shorewood is truly a beach lover's paradise. Located in the South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head, this unit has beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean from the spacious balcony. Wake up each morning to an ocean sunrise, use the community pool and hot tub, or take the private walkway directly to the beach.
Walking into this unit, you are greeted by a spacious open floorplan, with bright, inviting colors, and an updated kitchen. From there the living space flows to a breakfast bar at the kitchen peninsula, and a dining area just beyond that. This open floorplan continues into the main living space, with a sofa, loveseat, and two chairs to provide ample seating for the whole family. The zero entry oceanfront pool is a place you want to be when you haven’t taken the few steps to HHI’s wonderful hard packed beach. There is a hot tub and the pool is heated in March and April (dates subject to change). Ride the included bikes and you can get anywhere in a few moments time. Just down the beach is the famous Tiki Hut and just beyond that is The Beach Market and Coligny Plaza where you can shop, dine, pick up groceries, catch a movie and enjoy outdoor entertainment in the summer. Also nearby is newest addition to Hilton Head Island – Lowcountry Celebration Park.
