**Breakers 219**

Located in North Forest Beach, this cozy villa offers
beautiful Pool & Oceanviews. Ideal for small families or a
couple looking forward to spending the day at the Beach
or the Oceanfront Pool & Baby Pool. This 525 Sq. ft.
tastefully decorated villa includes a bedroom with Queen
bed, Flat Screen TV, Full Bath, Living Area with Sleep
Sofa and Flat Screen TV, a Fully Equipped Kitchen &
Washer and Dryer. A Private Oceanview Balcony is
located off of the living area. Walk easily to Coligny Plaza
which offers more than 60 shops & restaurants & be sure
to stop by the ever popular Tiki Hut. Free WiFi. ** There
is NO Landline in this villa, guests are advised to use
their cell phones if necessary.

The mattress was like sleeping on plywood. Other than that, which is a very easy fix, was very satisfactory. The shower leaks by the toilet also. Better get that taken care of fast before major issues arise.

Nice Condo but still disappointed

Walking into the condo I thought it was one of the more attractive condos we’ve stayed in at The Breakers. However after being there for a short while I noticed how dirty the floors were a good inch away from the baseboards … I mean REALLY DIRTY! The toilet paper holder is also pulling out of the wall. For the most part we enjoyed the condo. Obviously this unit is owned only for rental purposes and not for the owner to use., otherwise it would be kept better.

Nice place for 2 people, great location

My husband and I visited Hilton Head for a golf vacation, this property was very nice. Great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Plenty room for 2 (bathroom very small), I wouldn’t recommend any more than 2 people stay in this size unit.

Quick getaway

We have been coming to South Forest Beach for nearly two decades, but this is the first time we have stayed at Breakers. The location is great, within walking distance to anything you need and on the beach. The building has new elevators which was nice. The condo itself has nice ocean and pool views. I was pleasantly surprised that the pool was actually heated and people were in the water the end of March. The inside of the condo is dated and needs some updating and electrical work. The kitchen has enough dishes for a couple or small family. There were a couple of items brought to management's attention that hopefully are addressed but nothing that would make us leave. The bed is firm but still comfortable even though I prefer a softer mattress. You have to wear shoes or slippers because your feet turn black from the floors. Two things to mention; the tv is not a smart tv and there is no oven in this unit. We might stay at Breakers again but probably not this unit. The management team was fantastic and very responsive.

don't stay in this unit!! RUN!

the pictures online were nothing like what is reality. It showed twin beds, but had none. at 57 and 75 years old, we slept on the floor. the unit was so dirty when we arrived! we swept up 3 dust pans full of dirt and sand. the tub looks like it hasn't been cleaned in YEARS!! stained and dirty!! disgusting! most miserable trip we've ever taken!

It was good

It was a good trip. Location is convenient to restaurants and shopping but also by a public beach access so the beach is busy in that area. The condo is very small which was fine since we didn’t spend a lot of time in there. the check in process was good and the place was clean. My only complaint is that there is no oven in the condo. Under the stovetop there is a dishwasher which was odd. Overall it was a good stay

Great stay!!

This condo was great for my husband & me! It was small so I definitely recommend just a couple or a couple and a baby/toddler. It was clean and well equipped for what we needed. The pool/beach were packed everyday but that is to be expected given the holiday week. I have stayed in other condos at the Breakers in the off season and it isn't as crowded. Being across from Coligny is great. We only got in the car 2 days! We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Winter reprieve

After 3 months of our first winter in Michigan after 17 years we needed the sunshine and warmth. Our trip to Hilton Head was just the ticket. Enjoyable walks on the beach in shorts or a swim suit. All the restaurants and activities within walking distance from our condo. A module for next winters getaways

Security issues

We had our 2 LOCKED bikes stolen the first night we were there. The second day the sliding glass door lock malfunctioned and we were locked out of our condo while sitting on our deck. According to management , none of the condo sliding doors have keys that work the lock! Neither the management of the condo building nor the rental Agency offered to pay for rental bikes for us to use. Also, the ocean was covered up with jelly fish and we were unable to enjoy the ocean. Beware when renting here during August as this must be jelly fish season. The condo needs a facelift.

Poor look inside

So, I had 4 staying, the double bunk in pictures is not there, the sheets for the other 2 children, also not in room or closet. I'm glad we prepared to have that with us. We had to take vacuum and clean the couch sofa sleeper because of the chips and mess inside when we opened. We cleaned tables, and sink. The property needs new paint and clean the dust on ceiling and fan, also in other places, like vents and bathroom. Definitely needs some TLC. The best part about trip was the location. Just sad we as guest had to prepare things, when this should have been completed for us. I guess I should not be charged for cleaning fee, when well we did the cleaning.

Mediocre place to stay

Location was prime if you like the tourist stuff. Condo overall was small, not super clean and had issues with the bathtub not draining and the bath sink not draining. Its not horrible but could really use some TLC.

Awesome location!

Great place to stay on the island. The only way it would’ve been better is if there were an elevator. We were on the second floor and I have rods in my back. Carrying everything up and down the stairs was terrible. Otherwise it’s a fun place and great location!

219 the breakers was an excellent location. It overlooks the pools and you can still see the ocean.

We had a great stay. The residents are family oriented or retired folks. Everyone was very nice! The unit was very nice. I would rent it again for sure!

Great location

The location of this place is perfect. Short walk to the beach and short walk to so many shops and restaurants. The condo itself is a bit outdated, but it is very clean. Definitely not fit for 2 couples but could be fine for a family of 4.
