"**Enjoy the newly constructed Zero Entry Pool and Pool Deck!!! Opened May 2024!!**

21 Hilton Head Beach Villas is a rare find! This end unit, split level townhome with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathroom is just steps to the beach and has been recently upgraded with new flooring throughout and paint! Very comfortable furnishings throughout and coastal vibes!

Located in a gated oceanfront complex that features a brand new community pool and sun deck for bathing, private beach access and not too far from shopping, restaurants, Celebration Park and more!!

This lovely end unit offers landscape views with peeks of the ocean from the kitchen and upper deck. With 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, upgrades such as new furniture, new flat screen smart TV's throughout and a fully equipped kitchen, this unit will not disappoint!

The first floor consists of a den with a sleeper sofa, flat screen smart TV, DVD player, and access to the new paver patio, outdoor dining furniture along with a complex provided charcoal grill and an owner provided electric grill for all of your outdoor dining needs. The guest bedroom on this lower level consists of two new queen beds with new bedding and a wall mounted flat screen smart TV. The guest bathroom is a few steps above in the foyer hallway and features a walk in shower. The washer and dryer can be found on the foyer level as well. The first floor provides access to the grassed oceanfront lawn and the newly renovated community pool and pool deck!

The main floor offers an open, well stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, new appliances, new flooring and modern cabinetry. The dining set for 8 is new along with the furniture in the living area. The living area consists of a couch, loveseat and swivel chair. There is a 55 inch wall mounted flat screen Smart TV and Bluetooth compatible sound bar for your enjoyment. The kitchen slider opens to a deck with a new bistro table set as well as wicker chairs to enjoy the lowcountry beach breezes and vibes!

The upper level consists of two king suites. The Master Suite has new bedroom furniture including a king bed, flat screen wall mounted smart TV and a private bath with a glass enclosed walk in shower and a jacuzzi tub. The guest king suite features new furniture including a new king bed, flat screen smart TV and a private bath with a glass enclosed walk in shower.

Family Vacation

Lucky for us we were moved from an ocean side condo to this beach front villas due to unexpected water damage prior to our arrival. Beachside getaway communicated with us throughout and made sure we were accommodated. Our villa was top notch and with everything we needed for a great week. We really enjoyed the extra large patio off the master where we would have breakfast & dinner with the ocean as our backdrop. Here are a few key points: -easy walk to the beach & rinse station -close walk to Coligny Plaza -very clean villa -updated appliances -quiet & tranquil even had a deer in the marsh -extra large roof balcony -beautiful ocean views

Perfect girls’ trip!

We had a great time! Very convenient spot on the island with an easy walk to the beach. The newly renovated pool was great. The villa was very well equipped. The hosts have paid special attention to details. We were very pleased with our stay.

Family trip

This place was immaculate and located in a great area. Walking distance to Coligny shops and minutes from great restaurants. The pool was small but inviting and it was a short walk out to the beach. Overall a great place to stay.

Perfect get-away!

Beautiful and clean place within walking distance to beach. Pool was located steps out our back door. We loved it! And it was very nicely stocked with all that we needed to prepare meals in the home. We would definitely visit again.

Life at the Beach

This property was very family friendly with plenty of space to spread out. the kitchen was the best appointed kitchen in a VRBO property I have every rented. Access to both the pool and beach was steps away. I would highly recommend this property as a place to call home while on vacation. Hopefully I can have an opportunity to rent it again in the future. The owner touched based with me twice to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Quinn for sharing your lovely home with me and my family.

Great Location and clean property!

Condo was in a perfect location and 2-minute walk to the beach. My family enjoyed our stay and the location was within walking/biking distance from all the Coligney beach restaurants.
