Plan a great island getaway for 2 in this lovely vacation home away from home just steps from the beach and a short walk to South Beach Marina for all of your shopping, dining, and outdoor activities!

We know you are going to love the ease of access with this first-floor walk-up. Enjoy the private patio for a relaxing meal, keeping your bikes and beach gear right outside or walking right around to your car. No stairs! The large sliding doors allow the sun to shine into the living room all day. There is plenty of seating in the living area and the dining room seats four comfortably. You will find everything you need in this immaculately remodeled and fully-equipped kitchen with an efficient layout and plenty of counter space. Coffee lovers will especially like the option to use either the Keurig or the drip coffee maker - m-m-m, who doesn't love the smell of coffee in the morning?

The new open floor plan allows you to enjoy preparing meals, visiting with friends and family and gives an airy feel to the space. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the king bedroom closet. This bedroom has a phenomenally comfortable king bed, and the updated bathroom has a double vanity and beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

The 5,000-acre Sea Pines Resort includes the Harbour Town Links of RBC Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic candy-striped lighthouse. Explore the 605-acre forest preserve on foot or horseback, or head out on the water on a dolphin cruise, fishing excursion, or a peaceful kayak trip through the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town.

1749 Bluff Villa

Beautiful condominium and our favorite location. Close to beach the bike path and of course the Salty Dog. The property was extremely clean and tidy. Beautiful sunrise views from the patio. Definitely will try and book this unit again.

Great spot

Enjoyed a 19 day stay at this Bluff Villa site. Villa was very clean and just as displayed in pictures. Easy walk to beach and dolphin spotting was outstanding. We loved the easy access to the bike and walking paths. We have already scheduled to return next February!

We enjoyed our stay at 1749 Bluff Villas! It had everything we needed, was beautiful and very clean! It was also super quiet and safe. I recommend this to anyone wanting to come to Hilton Head and stay in Seapines!

The condo was perfect for what we were looking for. Close to the beach where we sun bathed and did some fishing and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The place was modern and very clean. We will definitely be back.

Great condo for two to three people. Very clean and up to date. Definitely would stay here again. 5 minute walk to the beach. Be sure to watch the dolphin's feed. They will be just offshore.

Tastefully decorated. Enjoyed the view from patio doors. Convenient to the beach path. Short walk to beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our three weeks. Only down side was having to leave.
