"Absolutely one of my favorite places ...may be my top fav! Third time for us here....as I said in guest book it is just a classic beauty. Timeless. So quiet..private..just beautiful. Our dogs gave it 4 paws up! Love how it just always feels like coming home! Thank you for sharing this beautiful piece of earth with us! The home is so welcoming...every time!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. It was just my wife and I and our dog. The cabin had everything we needed, and it was very comfortable and relaxing. The location is great, close to Salida and so many recreation areas. We have already recommended it to some friends."

"Overall, had an excellent experience! We tend to prefer locations away from the crowds so this place was excellent - 15 to 20 minutes into Salida with a beautiful drive. Beautiful views from the back of the property of the Arkansas river and surrounding mountains! Very relaxing! Listing (pictures) was mostly accurate. Swing was not around any longer and access to river was doable but not as easy as it looked in pictures. We tend to cook in for breakfast and lunch/dinner and the unit could...
